We currently do not have technology to change sex. Nobody has ever changed sex. I was sold "sex reassignment surgery. " I was sold a very expensive lie by unethical surgeons. I spent a decade building a life around that lie. I do not recommend such life to anybody.
Shortly after I got sold "sex reassignment surgery" it got repackaged into "gender confirmation surgery." Same surgeons selling same lies. Money is too good to stop. The first surgeon Dr? Sherman Leis who amputed my penis is now around 80 years old and still doing it others.
The surgeon who finally ruined my body and any chances at penetrative sex is Dr Christopher Salgado. He has since "resigned" from University of Miami after ruining multiple lives and getting caught up in this scandal. But still works as a surgeon.
