• Being light-hearted, working on your sense of humour and lifting those around you is a highly masculine trait.
• Taking things personally and reacting with anger to criticism will cause you to lose respect, not least from yourself.
• Treat women with respect, but stop simping and pedestalising her like she's some princess sent from the gods, because it emasculates you.
• Society wants men weak, docile and depressed, so you must do everything you can to fight this force and focus on becoming a walking warrior with massive nuts.
• Real men never need to put others down, but they are willing to speak the truth to lift others.
• You must become an expert in how to raise your testosterone levels because when they're low, as is the case for many men, we get depressed, angry and suicidal.
• Being outcome independent, which is to be OK regardless of how things turn out, while also being focused on your goals, is the secret fuel for a good life.
• You can't be a fulfilled man and rarely interact with other men, so make sure you join groups, have male friends, or even lead your own group.
• Don't listen to the pencil arms that don't get the power of controlled and positively-directed aggression for men.
• Your priority should be to go on exhilarating adventures that test your strength at least once per month.
• Focus on your mission instead of chasing and prioritising female ass.
• Your goal as a man should be to maintain happiness and continual growth - not to please and serve others at the expense of said happiness.
• Stop inhaling blueberry whip vapes if you want to avoid anxiety, depression, lower testosterone and have better health.
• Quitting pornography must be one of your highest priority goals if you don't want to spend your time cowering in shame and social anxiety, a shadow of your true self while feeding a vile and exploitative industry.
• Men are human-doers and must continually build something beautiful and remarkable to experience real fulfilment.
• Never listen to a woman for dating advice because they can never truly understand a man's perspective and will often give you advice that creates men they themselves don't respect.
• You must incorporate regular calculated risk-taking and some danger in your life if you don't want to melt into a puddle of limp-wristed weakness.
• Regular resistance training isn't just for meatheads with nothing going on in their lives but intelligent men who take pride in their physicality and health.
• On your deathbed, you won't wish you'd scrolled more curvy ass on Instagram while playing with your peepee.
• The worst thing you can do for yourself is rely on the validation of others, especially women, to dictate how good you feel.
• All men must be in the business of helping, supporting and leading other men, no matter where you are in your life.
In fact, this is one primary key to your personal happiness.
To connect and lift and lead. Our support for one another in a world that hates men is needed now more than ever.
