So.. i look again at the 9M318 missile for Belarus's Buk-MB3K. Especially after watching video by Belarus TV OTN.. Then rewatching vid of Russian Buk M2's. Notice the position of the wings and overall shape of the missile. 
The overall size however appears to be similar 5.5 m in length and total diameter of 40 cm. 9M318 tho is noticeably have shorter G&C (Guidance and Control) section and longer rocket motor compared to 9M317. The following are my rough approximate of the differences.
The shorter G&C Section is probably due to use of more modern 9B-1103M-350 Active radar homing Seeker, instead of Semi-Active 9E420 seeker. Other differences is the radar fuze is integrated to warhead section in 9M318 while 9M317 appears to have the fuze in the G&C section.
the 20% increase in motor rocket length compared to 9M317 and changes in structure due to repositioning of the wings seems responsible for apparent 90 Kg increase in launch weight compared to 9M317.
Still however performance wise, in range it's match the Buk M3 "Viking"'s much smaller 9M317ME and 9M317MA. the 9M318 missile are interesting to me s given that it has Active radar homing. It could be launched -without- 9S35 or 9S36's constant illumination.
It is also possible to launch the missile with only designation from early warning radar's such as 9S18 or the Belarus analogue of such radar. The 9S35 or 9S36 radar in other hand could be datalink antenna, which to provide the missile with mid-course update.
since datalink only require at most few Watts of emitted power it can help with survivability of the launching vehicle against possible SEAD operations.
