Tate's continued imprisonment is called preventative detention. He is being held on grounds that, if he were released, he would likely commit crimes e.g. intimidate or harm women.

This means you can imprison ppl for crimes they have NOT committed.

It's like "pre-crime."

Liberal states have always used preventative detention to persecute political dissidents, particularly against people of color and Muslims in colonial contexts.

This was also the justification for detaining Muslims in Gitmo. The US gov admitted that they could not charge...

...the Muslim inmates for any crimes, but they were still justified in detaining these Muslims because, if they were released, they could *potentially* commit crimes. Why? Bc religious Muslims are usually violent and inclined to terrorism. That was their bigoted argument.

In order to maintain power, the US and other liberal states use preventative detention and other means to suspend due process and nullify the supposed human rights they claim to uphold.

Andrew Tate is simply the most recent high profile victim of this tactic.

Ironically, the social justice clowns who claim to fight colonialism and stand with Muslims and people of color are celebrating Tate's detention. This is because their understanding of liberal repression is simplistic and immature and also because they are colonialists at heart.

Vast majority of social justice and decolonial activists approve of the use of extreme repression/violence to destroy people, culture, & religions they believe are bigoted, misogynistic, or homophobic. They approve of the liberal state slaughtering those with differing beliefs.

This is why most woke liberals are happy Tate is detained in violation of all standards of due process and habeas corpus. Basic human rights don't apply for "misogynists" just like they didn't apply for Muslim "terrorists" at Gitmo.

The whole liberal system is a hoax.
