It is my opinion that one only needs to read this far into this piece to get the answer you're looking for about #elizableu. #BelieveEvidence. Put up or shut up Eliza. Trafficking is a crime. "Legal reasons" don't pass the sniff test, dear. timcast.com/news/cashman-e…
I'm going to give you my live reactions as I read this. Moses on a cracker this is ridiculous. No journalist would accept this bonkers BS. Didn't she write about the musician she was with (MCR) on MySpace? Has anyone just asked him if he trafficked her? Maybe this guy did...
IF she was a minor when this happened (and that's not verified) then this is a crime. It's a crime for adults too. She admits to using drugs willingly. Prostitution for drugs is very common. It's a sad fact. I have friends who survived it. (cont)
But they don't consider themselves "trafficked." They had a drug problem. And that drug problem led them to do things they would never have done if they were sober. The first step is taking responsibility for your actions. Eliza at 17 (maybe) chose to do drugs.
Still, the man who arranged it should face punishment if it happened. But she would have to name him. That's the first step. Most likely, if it's true there will be others. He didn't just do this with one girl. OR this did not happen how she claims.
Here's an easy place for fact checking. Get Eliza to get her medical records from Cedar Sinai and show it to the reporter for verification of her claims. He would then have a date and a medical report, or EVIDENCE. Did he?
I don't hate Eliza. I think she made choices she regrets. I tried to tell her when this started not to threaten lawsuits over publicly available videos. Simply say, "I regret being involved with the music industry at that age. It was exploitative." No one would have dug into it
Asking for evidence of a heinous crime is not asking for "gore porn." Allegations of trafficking are serious and it can ruin a life. We all know what musician she's talking about. Is he innocent unless proven guilty or should we all just destroy him on her word alone?
This is factual. People who fall into drugs come from all different backgrounds. So far, this seems like a "drugs are bad" story to me. Stay away from drugs and Hollywood kids!
Wait. Wait. The traffickers drove her to the airport and sent her home after only selling her ONE TIME? Shitty traffickers. Really, really bad. Almost as if they weren't traffickers but drug pals who didn't want to get in trouble after a possible drug overdose.
The trafficking was so traumatic she had to learn to write again and order food (?) but as soon as she recovered she wanted to go back. That's a drug addict. That's not a trafficking victim. I know. I have loved drug addicts. They'd sell their own mother for a hit without remorse
Yep. Vague. Keeps journalists from being able to dig and find the truth. There is evidence. There's the hospital records. There's other groupies journalists could run down for accounts. She's keeping journalists from doing their job here.
And I've finished it and there isn't even one attempt at verification of any of this. This is not journalism. It's a vanity PR piece. Where's the interview with her parents? Weird he didn't include it.
I don't wish Eliza any harm. Whatever work she wants to do to stop child trafficking is good. But all women need to take responsibility for the words they use and the allegations they make. If you can't back it up with evidence don't go making allegations.
Too many lives have been destroyed by false allegations by lying women. Maybe Eliza is not one of them. But unfortunately, she sounds like all of them. You can read about those women in my book. They lied and men suffered and some of them died. amazon.com/Believe-Eviden…
The book will help you teach your daughters how to avoid being a victim and how to get the evidence they need if they are a victim and it will help your sons avoid lying harpies who would destroy them. Pick it up. It could save their lives.

Journalism is not listening to someone's story and repeating it in black and white print with some of your thoughts sprinkled in. That's a diary entry. Journalism is pouring through records, talking to associates, scouring social media on the wayback.
It takes months of labor to verify, corroborate, contact the opposition, hear their side, compare notes, and then try to find the truth. What passes for journalism these days is piss-poor. And yet they get paid huge $$ and I'm over here with a dented car I can't fix because
I spend 3 mos to a year on a story that makes as much money as a story I could just vomit up in an hour with no research. Journalism is not valued anymore. Most people don't even recognize it when they see it.

The people tweeting out how sure they are #AlexMurdaugh did it must not be watching the same trial I am. The state is not convincing me so far. It is absolutely possible that two killers got away with this. That's reasonable doubt. No one has explained WHY Murdaugh would want
his family dead yet. What the heck is the motive? Why didn't he have any blood on him? Whoever shot the son would be covered in it. How were his shoes clean? None of this makes sense. I have many reasonable doubts so far.
Paul Murdaugh was responsible for the death of a young woman. Who are her relatives? Who are her friends? Do any of them have a motive to want him dead? Were they even investigated? Was mom just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Just got off the phone with SF Superior Court Clerk's office. They were instructed not to answer any media questions about #PaulPelosi footage and when it will be released. They sent me to media guy who didn't return my call until I left a message saying:
"Now I want a quote from the Clerk about why you're not answering media about when you will comply with a court order to release this footage." Suddenly, I got a response. And it's dumber than you can imagine. They claim they are copying CDs
They "cannot" make the footage available online, they say. They can't even take a request for the footage digitally. You have to fill out a form and hand deliver it. With $25 of course. I'd be happy to pay them more if they'd put it on a damn drive. It's 2023.

A rant: Over a month ago I ordered author copies of my books from @amazon through @AmazonKDP. First, they don't allow authors to use our prime accounts for shipping so they charge massive shipping prices. The books also don't ship out for 12 days. If I ordered retail
it would ship immediately. But when you buy author copies you have to deal with this BS policy. So I order them. I was told they would arrive Jan 9. I have customers waiting on signed copies. Jan 9 comes and goes and I log in to see this Image
I try to track it and it says @UPS but the tracking number isn't a UPS tracking number. I called UPS and was told it's a USPS problem. @USPS won't start a claim on it because it's "not eligible" @AmazonKDP has no idea where it is.

I swear to God @NFL I will make it my full-time job to just comment on your stupid footage every week even though I know nothing about football. They rejected fair use. And it is fair use. #CopyrightCucks They didn't strike my Hamlin coverage.
Who wants to sue the @NFL for rejecting fair use on a 10 second clip I commented on? @RekietaLaw find me someone! lol
It may be stupid commentary but it is commentary and that's fair use! I know nothing about football except that I am a fan of tight pants. I have transformed this into MY CONTENT. And the @NFL has no right to take away my ability to make money on a 4 hour stream for :60 clip
