๐ฎ๐ณ Gagandeep Singh, 22 yr Jammu man who lives in Italy since 2007, was arrested at New Delhiโs IGI airport with 5 mobile phones.
He had created fake WhatsApp a/c using the @VPIndia#JagdeepDhankhar's images as profile pic to dupe Italian bureaucrats into giving him favours.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) unit, Prashant Gautam said,
The matter came to the notice of the IFSO unit after a few senior government officials reached out to them last October, following which an FIR was lodged.
The accused have been booked under sections:
IPC 419 (punishment for cheating by personation)
IPC 170 (personating a public servant) and,
Section 66 (computer-related offences) of the Information Technology Act.
The other accused, Ashwani Kumar, 29, is a resident of Patiala.
Gangandeep Singh had plans to buy a petrol pump in India and was allegedly trying to pull strings in the name of the Vice President.

But, a painting of Shahjahan's time preserved in the Boldeian Library, Oxford depicts Shahjahan recieving Persian ambassador inside the Fort in 1928.
How can Shahjahan recieve someone in 1928 in Red Fort if it was built in 1939 AD.
The painting was reproduced in the Illustrated Weekly of India, Page 27, March 14, 1971.
This documentatory evidence disapproves the notion that he build the Red Fort.
