🇮🇳 Gagandeep Singh, 22 yr Jammu man who lives in Italy since 2007, was arrested at New Delhi’s IGI airport with 5 mobile phones.
He had created fake WhatsApp a/c using the @VPIndia#JagdeepDhankhar's images as profile pic to dupe Italian bureaucrats into giving him favours.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) unit, Prashant Gautam said,
The matter came to the notice of the IFSO unit after a few senior government officials reached out to them last October, following which an FIR was lodged.
The accused have been booked under sections:
IPC 419 (punishment for cheating by personation)
IPC 170 (personating a public servant) and,
Section 66 (computer-related offences) of the Information Technology Act.
The other accused, Ashwani Kumar, 29, is a resident of Patiala.

How can Shahjahan recieve someone in 1928 in Red Fort if it was built in 1939 AD.
The painting was reproduced in the Illustrated Weekly of India, Page 27, March 14, 1971.

To demonstrate the capabilities of the software, the government is set to hold a virtual global conclave for health and technology experts from across the globe, on 5 July.
196 officials from foreign countries and 116 private individuals from 41 countries have registered for participation in the Global Conclave on CoWin, The Centre has received interest from 76 countries so far.
