Womens FS press conference at #4ContsFigure 💖

How did you feel your skate?

#HaeinLee - Yesterday she was not nervous but today she was. She kept focus and didn't think of the results. No mistakes in her program and she didn't expect gold. She's happy right now.

#YelimKim - I'm a little disappointed by myself because of the mistake on my last jump but she's thankful.

#MoneChiba - I'm very happy! I was able to land all my jumps. My skating itself wasn't as grand as I'd like but I'm very happy.

Status of the 3A?

#HaeinLee - After the France GP, she focused in the Ranking competition to come to 4CC. Once here she was very happy. She was disappointed after the short but kept focus for the free. She did her best as usual.

#HaeinLee #이해인 knows the 3A is important but 3-3 jumps are important too! Maybe next year she'll add a 3A in her program.

Are you aiming for the Olympics? Any skaters you aspire to be like?

#MoneChiba - "I didn't dream of bronze here!"

#MoneChiba is very surprised and pleased. She is aiming for Milan as she should be at peak age. She wants to be a well rounded skater.

#MoneChiba #千葉百音 - She admires many women and men skater but Hanyu Yuzuru is a skater she looks up to the most because they train at the rink.

Why weren't you nervous yeaterday? What does it mean to be the first Korean lady to win a 4CC medal since Yuna Kim?

#HaeinLee - The short only has three jumps so she didn't feel as nervous. Today she tried to enjoy the event! A lot of meaning to win a gold after Yuna.

#HaeinLee #이해인 She's so thankful and surprise with her performance today. She's thankful to everyone.

How aware were you of the audience?

#HaeinLee - I felt a lot of energy. I love the american crowd because they always give me good energy to perform good. I wanted to skate with a big audience so now I feel so grateful for everyone

#YelimKim - The altitude makes it hard here but the audience screamed so much for me at the end so it gave me lots of hope!

#MoneChiba - the audience was so energetic and fuelled power to my performance so I enjoyed the atmosphere here!

Did Isabeau's withdrawal affect you?

#YelimKim - I didn't know she withdrew before my skate. It didn't affect me as I tried to focus on myself, the music, and so it didn't really matter.

#BoyangJin on his physical condition: I tried my best. In practice even doing one jump felt really bad…just to be doing all the jumps and putting all my effort into them I think is already pretty good. In practice yesterday, I told Brian and Tracy I don’t want to do any jumps.

“Yesterday I didn’t do any jumps [in my runthrough], I only did two triples because I felt just so bad. This morning’s practice too-I gave every last bit of strength I had just doing two jumps and my body felt very bad. Same as when I got onto the ice during my 6 minute warm up.”

“I gave up every bit of energy in my body. Yesterday I felt a little bit uneasy mentally, and I thought maybe I should withdraw.”

How did it feel performing today and what it's like medalling?

#KaoMiura - He's happy! Today was amazing. Before I went on the ice Keegan put such an amazing program and the energy of the rink from that made me skate well.

I was pleased with my components and I had the right speed and paced myself well.

#JimmyMa 🇺🇸: It was absolutely horrid. I didn't trust my body or my legs. I second-guessed myself at every turn. My back - it's ongoing and it's something I want to get fixed up first. All we could do this week was bandaid it and honestly looking back, it didn't hurt as much as I

thought it was going to, like in the practice or warm-up. So I just need to trust my body a bit more. I think I was too focused on what could have been and what I needed to do.

It's a really great feeling when the crowd is behind you. Two of my best friends are out in the crowd. It's good to know that whatever you do, they still love and support you. I want to make you guys proud. Today wasn't it but I'm gonna have a lot more changes to do that

#LiamKapeikis 🇺🇸: I was very happy with the 4S at the start. That was something I was hoping to do today. But overall today was very rough, definitely not pleased with how I went. But I think I will learn more from these failures more than I would have from a perfect skate.

I think the altitude definitely plays into it but, for me, I'm not 100% sure what was going on. I felt quite good but sometimes it just doesn't go your way. That's why I feel like I need to go over it to figure out what went wrong.

In the past few weeks, I've been able to start learning the 4T and I'm hoping to add that in next season. I did one in practice a couple of days ago. I'm hoping to have 2-3 quads in my FS next year

#SihyeongLee 🇰🇷: I feel very tired and I almost died at the end of the program. (laughter) Before the FS, I was concerned about the cardio, not the jumps. I just thought "Just finish the program, just keep breathing in and out." I didn't worry about the jumps at all.

My choreographer recommended the music for the SP and FS to me this year. I like the music, the costume and the choreography.

There's a lot of energy, the fans here cheering for me. I was kind of surprised that there are a lot of fans cheering for me here. That really makes me happy and thanks to that, I finished the program well.

#RikuMiura/#RyuichiKihara: We were quite nervous coming into the comp due to the altitude, but despite the small misses, they were so happy that they were able to win the gold medal.
