The trial is not without it's controversies. It included a cross-over arm; the use of external controls & a blinded change to it's primary end point. These are matters that the short brigade (more on this later) won't let go of, but if you do your DD properly you will see that...

Moving on, the really interesting part is what lies ahead. There are two ongoing combo trials using #DCVax and the interim results are absolutely astonishing!

NCT01204684 which is using DCVax + adjuvant Poly-ICLC (a TLR-3 agonist). Est for primary completion in Jan 2024. The unpublished interim results are showing ~50% SURVIVAL at >8 YEARS. Contextually only 6.8% of GBM patients usually survive to 5yrs! This trial includes rGBM...

patients whose SOC survival profile at 5 years is sadly presently 0% survival!

Then there is NCT04201873 which is using DCVax + $MRK's PD-1 inhibitor Keytruda. Est for primary completion Aug 2024. The unpublished interim results are showing ~65% SURVIVAL at >26 months. Again,

... contextually the median overall survival for rGBM patients on SOC is presently just 15 months!

As you can see these combo therapies are leading to results which are verging on something actually curative for THE hardest to treat of all cancers due to the blood brain barrier!

There is a forthcoming UCLA Spore trial which intends to use #DCVax + Keytruda + CSF-1R Inhibitor Pexidartinib (PLX-3397) from Daiichi-Sankyo. These combo trials are extremely exciting & may just be the key to unlock a CURE for all solid tumour cancers!

A cure with DCVax as it's keystone piece! A personalised dendritic cell (DC) vaccine in which your own DCs have been trained to target your OWN cancer cells. The training & manufacturing process of which is covered by an extensive patent portfolio (200+) of which $NWBO owns.

DCVax makes cold tumours hot, which will open up the treatment for many types of cold tumour cancers where the existing chemo and more successful PD-1 Inhibitors like $MRK's Keytruda & $BMY's Opdivo have struggled to have any real efficacy.

So, you might be asking, where are we now and ultimately if this is really as good as it all sounds then why doesn't the $NWBO share price reflect the potential of such a revolutionary cancer treatment?

The answer to that is multifaceted & I will attempt to cover some of this:

Right now Northwest Bio is concentrating on approvals in the UK first. This is primarily to avoid a replay of what happened to Dendreon's prostrate cancer drug Provenge, which was subject to unfathomable levels of illegal Wall St manipulation in the run up to it's FDA approval.

A long read, but a truly fascinating insight into the depths & breaths of financial crime in the US.

$NWBO has long since been subject to an almost identical systematic form of attack on it's stock and integrity.

By setting up it's manufacturing in the UK (partner CDMO facility Advent Bio owned by $NWBO CEO Linda Powers) and concentrating on UK approval first, it prevents the sort of manipulation short sellers managed to achieve within the FDA Advisory board in Provenge's approval.

UK MHRA MIA (manufacturing cert) should be approved within the next 1-2mths, which will allow for MAA (marketing approval) submission, which could be approved anytime between May - Nov. Support in the UK is strong & the UK govt's NHS guideline authority NICE is already reviewing,

& DCVax has orphan drug designation > faster track approvals. In the US FDA BLA approval is expected Sept 23 - Apr 24 & European EUA approval Oct 23 - Jun 24. Various fasttrack options like Project Orbis cld speed these up & of course as all biotech, hurdles cld slow things down!

All things given; epic results; JAMA publication; extensive patent coverage; personalised scale manufacturing setup & ready to go; regulatory approvals incoming; etc +, one would rationally expect $NWBO to have a share price of $5-10 by now. But here we sit at ~$0.70
Why is this?

This is because of Wall St and in particular the likes of Citadel and a group of market makers & hedge funds and one competitor in particular ($NVCR) who are systematically trying any & every single thing they possibly can to bankrupt & destroy $NWBO.

This includes all manner of strategies including extensive paid bashing; algorithmic illicit spoofing; methodical illicit naked shorting and no doubt other illegal strategies to discredit the treatment and crush $NWBO's share price. The extent of this is staggering!

But now $NWBO are fighting back and after 6 years of collecting evidence in December 22 they opened a court case against Citadel & 7 other MMs for spoofing the NWBO share price. Evidence is overwhelming & precedent against motion to dismiss are strong!

When this case enters discovery and goes to jury trial, Citadel et al are set to loose hard. They have been trying to bankrupt a company attempting to cure cancer!!! A jury isn't likely to see that too favourably is it!

Meanwhile, the spoofing continues and as do Fails to Deliver, which are indicative of huge levels of naked shorting.
It is believed by people in the know that the naked short position against $NWBO is roughly equal to the entire share float of ~1.2Bn shares. If this is true...

then when approvals do inevitably come later this year then the chance for a substantial short squeeze is staggering. Citadel had only one way out on this and that was to bankrupt NWBO, but JAMA removed that risk and now these MMs & HFs are fucked and it is absolutely brilliant!

I could continue a lot longer than this, but this is probably enough for now. Like I said, I strongly recommend you do your own DD. This IS revolutionary. This IS the next $TSLA. This IS going to bring immunotherapy to the masses and this WILL in time CURE cancer! This IS $NWBO!
