he "knows with absolute certainty" that top US military chiefs were told Covid had leaked from a lab in Wuhan.

"the Joint Chiefs of Staff were briefed in October 2019 - more than five years ago - about a new virus that had leaked from a lab in China"

This was briefed in Oct& Nov 2019 as a lab leak.

It was in the intelligence. We briefed it. It was accepted. I briefed it numerous times about a viral outbreak and that it was from a lab.

2. Double Confirmed

Yi Gang Tong confrimed again the 2017 isolation date for MpCov-GX.

He experimented with it, but did not write a paper, and they did not upload the sequence until 8th Feb 2022, just after the beginning of the SARS-COV-2 pandemic

3. Why is this significant?

Yi Gang Tong stated in a paper received on 22 Feb 2020:

"no suspected infections were found in those having close contacts with pangolins"

"Our pangolin coronavirus isolate was routinely cultured in BSL 2 FACILITIES"

2. Potential Effects of 5-FU

Use of 5-FU during serial passage could lead to increased mutation rates in RNA viruses which might result in variants in enhanced virulence.

However, this is not guaranteed; many mutations can be deleterious rather than beneficial.

5-fluorouracil can induce mutations during serial passage of RNA viruses that could lead to variants with altered virulence characteristics.
