ESG isn’t an organic movement motivated by individuals who care about America.

It’s an organized INTERNATIONAL effort designed to weaken American infrastructure and economy.

Let’s look at “Climate Action 100+.”🧵

Climate Action 100+ (@ActOnClimate100) claims to be “an investor-led initiative to ensure the world’s largest corporate greenhouse gas emitters take necessary action on climate change.”

But who exactly are those investors?

1️⃣One of the Climate Action 100+ primary investor networks is Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (@AIGCC_update).

AIGCC’s member list includes several Chinese groups, such as the China Sustainable Investment Forum (China SIF).

China SIF has a “focus on facilitating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) integration, advocating green finance…”

In other words: "America needs to buy more solar and lithium from China, but China will keep opening up new coal power plants."

China SIF also has a branch in the United States.

But just like how Confucius Institutes undermine American principles on college campuses, the push from China-affiliated groups for ESG will weaken the US economy and make us more dependent on China.

2️⃣Another investor, @CeresNews, says anti-ESG legislation is anti-freemarket, touts its DEI policies, and includes left-wing political leaders on its board of directors.

But there is nothing free market about ESG subsidies for Chinese solar and lithium.

These groups aren’t focused on making the US strong.

Europe went “woke” & became dependent on Russian gas. The US should fight to stay energy independent.

ESG will make every workplace woke and will make America dependent on China.

This agenda is funded by foreigners, but they need U.S. taxpayer dollars to implement their agenda.
