Dollar may shoot up to over Rs 400, petrol over Rs 500, there will be extreme shortage of petrol, government will have no salaries no pay, there will be no makeup items, chocolates or life saving drugs, monetary restrictions will be there, which means you cannot withdraw

More than certain amount from your own account, there will be no electricity, we will not be able to import oil, energy and other essential commodities. There will be no pensions, because government will have no money to pay.
Ten months later, Shehbaz Sharif delivered at a spectacular speed. It’s just not the kind of delivery anybody wanted or expected. Even his own son and brother would rather stay in London than come back to Pakistan to own or fix this mess.
We’ve run out of cliches to communicate sheer scale of disaster unfolding in front of our eyes. Is this a plane crash with 230 million people onboard & pilot being busy addressing passengers about air traffic control or previous pilot versus actually taking charge of situation?
Why we are told what we are told by media? How media is controlled by large corporations? How media shapes public opinion? How does media portray someone as villain?
How media serves the interests of the wealthy & powerful, rather than serving as a democratic institution?

Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media" is a book by Edward S. Herman and Noam Chomsky, first published in 1988. In this book, the authors analyze the media and the way it operates in capitalist societies.
They argue that the media is controlled by a small group of large corporations and that this control leads to the production of news and information that supports the interests of these corporations and the elite class.
Choosing books that do not align with one's interests is a primary reason for not enjoying reading & failing to love books.

1/20 Don't judge a book by its cover: While a book's cover may be visually appealing, it doesn't necessarily mean the book is worth reading.
2/20 Don't rely on bestseller lists: Bestseller lists can be misleading and are often influenced by marketing and advertising.
3/20 Don't rely on reviews: Reviews can be helpful, but remember that people have different tastes and opinions.
4/20 Don't base your decision solely on the author: Just because an author has written a great book in the past, doesn't mean their new book will be just as good.

It was said that if a scholar would translate any book from its original language into Arabic, he would be given that book's weight in gold. The most renowned scholars, Muslim and non-Muslim, from across the world flocked to Baghdad to be a part of al-Ma'mun's project.

For the first time in history, the best of Persia, Egypt, India, and former Byzantine lands could be brought together to advance science in ways that would benefit the entire world.
Al-Ma'mun was hardly the only leader in history to have placed special emphasis on science.
