Seed oils cause brain damage, make you fat, and turn into cellulite.

Even worse, they stick around in your body for over 7 years, even if you stop eating them today.

But if you want to speed up the process? Read (and bookmark) this secret tip: Image
If you've studied seed oils enough to know they're bad for you, that's great. But there's bad news...

Seed oils have a half-life of up to 2 years.

This means...7 years for a 90% purge?!

That's too long. You want to be healthy NOW.

So here's the miracle solution:
Vitamin E.

Carnivores tend to ignore this one (because it isn't found in animal foods)...

But Vitamin E is one of the four REQUIRED fat-soluble vitamins, along with A, D, and K.

It comes from plants.

Most often, it comes from seeds.

That's your first hint...
Ever heard of "antioxidants"?

Seed oils are the OPPOSITE.

Seed oils are unstable, and create a chemical reaction called "lipid peroxidation", which produces inflammatory and carcinogenic byproducts.
Seed oils ARE the "oxidants" that the anti-oxidants in green tea and blueberries are trying to fight.

So, if seeds are full of oxidizing seed oils, how do seeds grow into adult plants?
Vitamin E is an ANTI-oxidant. It is found inside seeds.

In fact, it is considered the primary *fat-soluble* anti-oxidant.

So, seed oils spontaneously oxidize, but the Vitamin E packaged along for the ride counteracts oxidation, stabilizing the PUFAs in the seeds.
Because industrial seed oils have all of the PUFA but little of the vitamin E, the balance is thrown off

That's why they give us cancer and obesity while seeds can grow into healthy plants.

So what do we do?
Ironically, we must get vitamin E from seeds to bring balance to the force of the fats in our bodies.

For the nerds, there is much circumstantial evidence suggesting the power of Vitamin E.

E.g., Studies have suggested that Vitamin E requirement increases with PUFA intake.
And that lipid peroxidation byproducts are reduced with Vitamin E.

Ofc, since the nutritional establishment still thinks seed oils are "heart healthy", there has been little direct research done on the specific dosages and effects of vitamin E in detoxifying seed oils.
But you just need to understand nature to understand vitamin E.

- Seed oils (PUFAs) are inflammatory
- Seeds are full of seed oils
- Seeds have vitamin E to stabilize the PUFAs
- Too much PUFA (without corresponding vitamin E) is therefore inflammatory

So where do you get it?
You CAN get Vitamin E from certain food products:

- Wheat germ oil
- Sunflower seeds
- Almonds

But you're trying to increase your E/PUFA ratio.

All those foods also have more PUFAs, so it's a wash.

That's why it makes the most sense to take a supplement.
When I first started seed oil disrespecting, I loaded up each day.

Now, I take vitamin E whenever I'm eating something high in PUFAs (like chicken or at a restaurant)

My favorite E supplement comes from Mitolife. Runner up would be Solaray.

In summary....

Seed oils are everywhere. Avoiding them is not enough, as they remain in your body fat for years.

Seed oil detox takes patience, but if you want to be healthy and beautiful...

It's worth it.
And if you need seed-oil free snacks to ease the pain, I can help.

I created @Masa_Chips for this reason. Real corn fried in pure tallow.

Beauty = tallow fried chips.

There's no such thing as "junk" food - just junky ways of preparing it.

Here's how to make your favorite "junk foods" at home in just a few minutes, 100% healthy, without sacrificing taste: Image
1. Burgers

Why do we associate burgers with being unhealthy?

Because massive food corporations have hijacked this otherwise healthy food...

And filled it with factory-slaughtered beef, plastic cheese, and soybean oil

It doesn't have to be this way... Image
Instead, you can make your burgers the way they were intended:

- Use pasture-raised regenerative beef cooked over an open charcoal flame

- Sourdough bun, made from fresh milled ancient grain wheat with butter (NOT seed oils)

- Raw milk cheddar from real Irish cows Image

The food industry is killing you:

> Seed oils are poisonous
> The US food system is toxic
> 6 in 10 Americans live with chronic disease

Here are my 9 top health and lifestyle principles to keep you healthy and strong in the modern world: Image
1. You are what you eat

It sounds cliché...

But every single cell that makes up your body comes from your food.

If you allow your body to be built by chemical food corporations...what will you turn into?

Natural, traditional foods are the key to health.
2. Seed oils are pure evil

Seed oils are everywhere.

But 100 years ago, they didn't exist as a food at all.

Since then, rates of every chronic health condition have skyrocketed.

Seed oils aren't the ONLY cause of our health problems...

But they're a major player.

Bread is not your enemy.

The problem is most of the bread you see in stores is fake trash.

Here are the 6 rules for quality bread that will let you eat all the bread you want, without sacrificing your health: Image
Modern bread is in crisis.

It's either a soybean-oil cocktail of trash ingredients (i.e., wonder bread)...

Or a gluten-free flax and pumpkin seed monstrosity.

Both are fake versions...
Of a traditional food that has stood the test of time, allowing the Romans to conquer Gaul, and feeding the greatest artists of the Renaissance.

So, what makes bread "real"?

There are 6 key features that make for optimal bread:

You've been eating fish wrong your entire life

Ever wondered why some fish tastes fresh & delicious, while others taste, well, fishy?

The secret is Ikejime, a Japanese technique that enhances the flavor, texture, and quality of the fish

To never eat bad fish again, read this:
First, what is Ikejime?

It's a 300+ year-old Japanese method of humanely killing fish and seafood

It's specifically designed to maintain superior texture and taste of the meat

How does it work?
Without getting too graphic (because vegans will report me), Ikejime quickly and humanely kills the fish to minimize stress on the animal

This means the fish doesn't release lactic acid and ammonia at the time of death

Which means it tastes better and stays fresher longer

People are 3x more overweight now than they were in the 1970s...

But the weird thing? Sugar consumption is DOWN 25%.

Sugar-free is a psy-op.

Here is why you SHOULD eat more sugar: Image
Now, we know correlation != causation...

But causation REQUIRES correlation (contrapositive, anyone?)

And there is NO correlation between sugar intake and obesity.

Thus, sugar can't have caused the rise in obesity.

The less sugar we eat, the fatter we become.

Maybe...
Just maybe...

We desire sugar because there's a good reason to eat it?

Every animal's (humans included) taste buds evolved to seek the healthiest foods.

In their natural environment, "tastes good" = healthy.

"But isn't sugar an artificial food?"

If you've bought MASA chips, read this:
8 months ago, we made our first bag of MASA chips.

It didn't happen by accident.

I prototyped MASA at home and found a recipe I knew would change the face of the snacking industry.

But as we started talking with food manufacturers, I realized:
None of them would be able to meet our standards for ingredient quality.

We would have had to cut corners.

Unacceptable.

We decided to make MASA ourselves.

I had no idea how people would react at first...
