I’ve seen this exact same framework in my inboxes for weeks.
It’s certainly a step above a cold DM & at least they have bothered to check out my website.
But it’s still in-authentic.
It’s transactional
It’s icky
Why would I want some stranger I don’t follow, haven’t interacted with to give me advice on my website?
I don’t know you
I don’t trust you
Why would one DM with a mention of something specific from my website suddenly establish that?
Too many people are just unwilling to put in the work to build genuine relationships.
Instead they get sucked in by these short-game tactics.
In short if you want to make more sales in the long run
👉 Build a network
👉 Be genuinely interested in people (not just in what you can do for them)
👉 Establish credibility through content
👉 Build an audience of raving fans
Then people will DM YOU.
Rant over.

On any one day I write & publish multiple pieces of content.
I've found working on multiple things each day the easiest way to always have something interesting to work.
But I don't have all day -> I simply allocate one hour each morning. Here's how it breaks down 👇
Every piece of content I write is in one of three staging (& energy) areas:
🔴 Needs A Braindump (usually I do this when I have the idea)
🟠 Needs some space to think & write
🟢 Needs final touches & to hit publish
Each day I choose one thing from each stage to move along home.
By working on one of each staging areas I rarely feel like one piece of content is a heavy lift.
Each day something gets a little more attention, thinking space & writing.
And by the time it hits 🟢 it feels like nothing at all.
One of the best things you can do for your future self is to write down process checklists for regular tasks you do.
And It doesn't have to be complicated. Here's my simple guide to personal SOP checklists 👇
SOP's don't have to be scary or complicated. As you're completing a regular or recurring task:
👉 Write down each of the steps as you do them
👉 Add links to docs or websites you need (so you can get back there in one click
👉 Include screenshots or looms for easy reference
These checklists will save you so much more than just time.
👉 They'll stop you from procrastinating on tasks (because the steps are in front of you)
👉 They'll reduce cognitive load so you can get more creative work done
