When asked about the rail disasters Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "I think there has been negligence on a wide scale. Since 2008, there's been a pattern of Federal Agencies choosing to ignore problems when they come from powerful interests & it is a big part of the problem.
1)
Railroad maintenance for a big example is supposed to be managed by the Federal Dept of Transportation. When it was managed by the states, there were few accidents. Then the Feds cut out the States, claiming it was Interstate commerce, and
2)
since 2009 mostly, the number of problems escalated - mostly because Rail companies became big donors to politicians.
Trump cut the bureaucracy by 30%, and cut regulations in the area of paperwork required. Regulations were never changed on areas of care and maintenance.
3)
Buttigieg is a liar. Actually, Trump's Dept of Transportation increased regulations on track maintenance & ordered railroad braking systems be updated. But, during Trump's last year, Congress ordered a delay on those new regulations after Railroad owners protested." #Palestine

1)
HAS EVERYONE FORGOTTEN TIBET?
In modern history, Tibet was an independent ethnic and language based nation in 1913, when non-Tibetan outside forces were expelled from Tibet. Tibet was independent until 1951, when Chinese forces under Mao Zedong invaded and
2)
overwhelmed Tibet’s small army, forcing Tibet’s political and religious leaders to flee to India.
In the years since, the Chinese Communist Government has moved Chinese populations into Tibet, and are now the majority of Tibet.

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "In October 2022, President Joe Biden claimed that China cannot compete with the US equally because China does not have its own sources of energy and was dependent on world market prices.
1)
Well, that has changed.
THANKS TO JOE BIDEN, THE USA IS NOW DEPENDENT ON WORLD OIL MARKETS
AND CHINA IS NOT.
BECAUSE CHINA NOW CAN IMPORT ALL THE OIL IT NEEDS AT A DISCOUNT FROM RUSSIA BECAUSE OF THE WEST'S WAR ON RUSSIA.
2)
Because before February 2022, before Russia invaded Ukraine, NATO and the USA had a choice. They could have refrained from threats to Russia and pushed for negotiation based on Ukraine-Russia treaties and the Minsk Accords, but

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "I THINK IT IS INTERESTING THAT LAPID, IN ISRAEL IS MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO PREVENT THE GOVERNMENT FROM ACTING ON JUDICIAL REFORM - AND REFUSING TO NEGOTIATE AS DEMANDED BY THE PRESIDENT, PREFERRING MOB TACTICS.
1)
And how do we know that Lapid is more interested in power, along with Sa'ar and Lieberman?
Easy, because only a few years ago, Lapid and Sa'ar proposed the same kind of Judicial Reform that they now claim will destroy democracy.
2)
To them, the issue is not Reform. The Issuie is power and their refusal to admit they lost the last election.
And one can be skeptical about a man who cries for democracy when just a short time ago he tried to close a newspaper and TV station that criticized him.

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "CBS NEWS IS PROCLAIMING THAT OBJECTS SHOT DOWN OVER NORTH AMERICAN AIR SPACE WERE NOT CHINESE.
1)
Let's see. The prevailing winds carry these balloons, except where guided. If you follow the trajectories, with the military now saying they were spotted over the Aleutian Islands,
they could only be from China, Japan, Korea, of some East Asian states,
2)
NOW, TAKE A GUESS. WHAT ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES THAT COULD BE THE ORIGIN, WOULD HAVE AN INTEREST IN SPYING AGAINST THE USA?
So unless you imagine that Japan or Taiwan or maybe the Philippines wants to spy on the US, you have to see it is China.

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "Shabbat Shalom. שבת. שלום
Parshat Mishpatim
Exodus 21:1–24:18
Mishpatim is unique in that it does not deal with anything particularly “spiritual” or “historical”. 1)
It deals with what might be called a Jewish revolution in justice and how to apply it.
While the Ten Commandments list broad statements, Mishpatim tells how to deal fairly and with a sense of justice, with problems in society.
2)
Something needs to be understood about justice in Torah.
The Torah shows, in response to violations of law, maximum penalties that a wrongdoer may have to suffer. Maximum penalties. Not necesarily penalties that are every applied except in extreme cases.

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "FORMER DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELIGENCE NOW DENIES HE EVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT TRUMP-RUSSIAN COLLUSION OR ANYTHING ABOUT RUSSIAN MISINFORMATION.
1)
His problem is called videos. He is seen on videos saying what he now claims he never said.
He is on videos testifying unbder oath about things he claims he never said.
2)
And I remember Clapper claiming that 17 intelligence agencies confrimed that Trump colluded with Russia. All a lie, and said under oath.
Isn't that called perjury anymore?
At least we used to call a person like that 'LIAR'"
