As time passes in the sixth month of #IranRevolution, it is increasingly clear that both the Iranian regime & the leftovers of the monarchy, i.e., Reza Pahlavi, the son of the deposed dictator, have a common interest to target & destroy those who seek fundamental change in #Iran.

Reza Pahlavi who has repeatedly talked about his ties with the IRGC, has also been in collaboration with the leftovers of the notorious secret police of the Shah, the SAVAK.

The prime target of the regime is the MEK, which operates Resistance Units on the ground, and the broader coalition of National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) who has offered a #FreeIran10PointPlan for a democratic, secular, and non-nuclear Republic in #Iran.

The network of Reza Pahlavi hooligans use club-wielding tactics, attacking dissidents in various protests across the world (from Washington, DC to Munich and from Paris to Brussels) who do not support the monarchy.

Pahlavi’s thugs attack protesters who echo the slogans chanted in Iran, such as “Death to the Oppressor; be it the Shah or the (Supreme) Leader.”

The closest associates of Reza Pahlavi have been hoisting the picture of Parviz Sabeti, the notorious number 2 in SAVAK, who was in charge of crushing the dissenting voices by torturing & executing them, saying that the same fate is awaiting the dissidents in the future #Iran.

Various news organizations such as BBC and Radio Farda showed the picture of Sabeti among many pictures of Reza Pahlavi in a rally organized entirely by his supporters.

An MEK supporter, carrying a placard with the slogan of “No to Mullahs, No to Shah, No to Throne, No to Turban” was pulled and beaten by pro Reza Pahlavi elements at 1 pm local time on Feb 20th in Brussels, as video & pictures testify. He fell unconscious & ended up in hospital.

This video clearly shows how Hassan Habibi, MEK supporter, was pinpointed, then surrounded, then pulled to the side, beating to make him unconscious.

A key element in the beatings is Yavarali Arami, a resident of Germany who was involved both in the Feb. 19th pro-Pahlavi rally in Munich, and the Feb. 20th rally in Brussels. He has been associated with the regime in #Iran and the Pahlavi family.

Yavarali has been pictured with clerics in Iran, former president Abolhassan Bani-Sadr in Paris, Shah’s wife Farah Pahlavi, and Masih Alinejad in Brussels.

Elements like Masih Alinejad, who were present in most of these rallies, not only endorse such actions, but use every opportunity to attack the MEK, by repeating the same accusations that Tehran pursues.

Alinejad attacks on the MEK are in parallel with the demonization campaign by the Iranian regime from Friday prayer leaders, to senior officials & the state-run media, who describe the MEK a “terrorist group,” “despised by people,” & a “terror cult.”

Is the emergence of Parviz Sabeti an isolated or spontaneous act? Absolutely not. An extensive New Yorker article of March 6, 2006, titled, writes:

Sabeti's picture first appeared in a tweet by his daughter, Pardis Sabeti, in an apparent rally in the U.S. on the anniversary of the revolution on February 11, 2023.

The daughter’s tweet was not accidental. She had just joined the Advisory Board of NUFDI, an entity built to advocate Reza Pahlavi, which has suddenly stepped up activities to set up meetings for the son of the Shah on the Hill and schedule events for him.

Pahlavi’s clan talk about supporting the uprisings in Iran and the need to be inclusive, they in effect undermine the #IranRevolution by targeting the largest and most organized Iranian opposition movement, the MEK.
