Is there a clear market demand for the solution?

2/ The team behind the project:

Look at the team's experience, expertise, and track record.

Do they have a history of successfully launching and managing projects?

Are they transparent about their backgrounds and qualifications?

Are the founders active?

3/ The project's tokenomics:

Analyze the tokenomics of the project to determine if the token has a real utility & a clear use case.

Consider factors like the token's total supply, distribution, and inflation rate.

Also, consider the token's potential for scarcity and demand.

4/ The project's technology:

Evaluate the project's technology and determine if it is innovative and scalable.

Look at factors like the project's consensus mechanism, smart contract capabilities, interoperability, and security features.

This part is harder to determine.

5/ The project's community:

Assess the project's community and determine if it is engaged and supportive.

Consider factors like the size of the community, its activity level, and the quality of its discussions.

Look if they have toxic/aggressive behavior.

6/ The project's partnerships and collaborations:

Check if the project has formed partnerships or collaborations with other organizations in the industry.

Partnerships with reputable companies can add credibility and potentially lead to wider adoption of the project.

7/ Check who were the VCs who invested:

Check if there are prominent VCs that seeded this project.

See if you can find some red flags in the VCs list.

Look at the vesting of the tokens bought by VCs.

Investing in any blockchain project involves risk, so it's important to do your own research before investing any money.

By learning how to evaluate projects, you will have a competitive advantage.
