2) The FOI above confirms that the NDIA Audit team refer to the overly complex #NDIS Operational Guidelines & unreasonable 'Would We Fund It' Guides during audit. AAT outcomes prove many WWFI Guides are not in-line with the legislation. See also:

3) It's unreasonable & unfair to expect NDIS participants & nominees to understand & remember over 500 webpages of Operational Guidelines with no centralised menu & many hidden landmines, like the first link in the first Tweet of this thread. Check it out:

4) Note the different, confusing website address for the #NDIS Operational Guidelines, which the majority of participants & nominees have never heard of. NDIS staff & Partners In Community don't know about NDIA clawing back $$ from participants. Scrap the OGs & codesign with PWD.
