Apparently this was pitched to have Putin’s face on a BDSM hairy fat man (how dare they? Ugh) and the person in charge didn’t like it so Scotty chose a teddy bear head to cover it up.

Here is YCK Laneways showing this progression video of the mural being applied, and proud of it.
