Today is the 32nd anniversary of the Highway of Death, which was a US-led coalition of air strikes on Highway 80 between Kuwait and Iraq that destroyed thousands of vehicles, and killed hundreds of people, including civilians and children. A new bill proposed in Montana wants to limit the science curriculum in school and ban scientific theories. This could prevent teachers from doing lessons on evolution theory and cell theory. How can you educate people without teaching them theories?

Every single non-violent drug offender should be released from prison and reunited with their families, so while politicians make their Christmas tweets, let it be known that our bipartisan drug policy is to separate families and destroy the lives of drug addicts even further.
How many more holidays are we going to let the private prison industry destroy our communities? Minorities and the working poor are targeted by cops and given harsh sentences for minor drug possessions when we should be helping them. Release every non-violent drug offender ASAP.
It is a major indictment of the Democratic establishment and the mainstream media that there's absolutely no urgency to close the loophole in the 13th amendment while underprivileged people are being locked up and exploited for labor. Release every non-violent drug offender ASAP.
