He told the FBI he was "looking for a bathroom."

Significant: DOJ seeking a terrorism enhancement for Jan. 6 rioter John Douglas Wright, who explicitly wrote before the attack that rioters would "HAVE TO FIGHT THE BLUE" and "DRAG" elected officials "OUT" of Congress.

Wright took two buses full of 100 MAGA fans from Ohio to DC.
DOJ says their request for a terrorism enhancement is "driven by, among other things, the defendant’s degree of conduct, and the degree of his intent."

DOJ wants 7.5 years in federal prison for Jan. 6 "instigator" David Lee Judd, a former Trump campaign worker they say acted as an "on-the-ground commander" for Capitol rioters, encouraging, coordinating, and directing the mob before trying to set off an explosion in the tunnel.
"Officers vividly remember being blinded, having their ears ring, and the intense fear that they were about to experience extreme pain or even death."
