After talking to community in Cosmos TW t.me/cosmos_tw, my opinion would be “NO” for both Cosmos #Prop155 and #Prop202 because of the following 4 reasons.
This is just my preliminary thought and could be changed accordingly.

1. For 155, we already have many products like Mintscan, BigDipper, and Ping.pub.
2. For 202, I don't see the needs for a web2 hub to put everything together, there is no much interchain activities and we already have wallets which can switch the net conveniently.

3. I don't want to fund the project before building it.
4. Funding the product is way much higher priority than funding tools, good tools with bad products means nothing, needlees to say that we already have very good tools.

Again, this is my preliminary thought and I am open to hear opinion from community to contribute back to dhk.org which is a main validator in Cosmos Hub.
