1⃣✅Disable JavaScript using Chrome Web Developer to check how much the site relies on JavaScript. This helps you understand the site's functionality and what content is added with JavaScript.

2⃣✅Check how Google renders the page and whether it sees all the content. Render JavaScript and compare the differences between the source and rendered code. This helps you identify if there is any content being hidden from Google.

3⃣✅Use multiple crawlers (JetOctopus, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb) to get more data and insight. Each crawler offers unique features and can provide different data, so using multiple can give you a more comprehensive understanding of the site.

4⃣✅Don’t obsess about crawling the entire site (especially if it is very huge). You only need a meaningful sample representative of all page templates. This saves time and resources and gives you a good representation of the site without crawling it all.

5⃣✅When analyzing speed, check the field data for Core Web Vitals (in GSC). Just checking the PSI score of the homepage is not enough. Field data give you real user experience insights and help you understand the true performance of the site.

9⃣✅ When analyzing traffic drop, check if the drop in Google organic traffic correlates with the drop in organic traffic from Bing. If it does, then there is probably a technical issue on the site.

🔟✅Spend at least 30 minutes browsing the site as if you were a regular user. Do it both on desktop and mobile. This gives you a firsthand experience of the site's usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
