Police say a person is shot in the chest.
Suspect in a black BMW 7-series sedan last seen south on 2nd St N.
A vehicle with SoDak plates is shot up.
Sounds like this one is a fatal.
No notification on this one yet. Homicide was investigating overnight. Later updated to serious condition. Still checking for updates.
The suspect in this shooting was taken into custody overnight along with another person. Both were found unconscious/unresponsive in a vehicle but exited without incident upon command.
