What is nftperp built on?
It use vAMM (Perpetual Protocol's virtual automated market maker): no liquidity provider, no orderbook, one trader's gain = another's loss.

Hedging Bluechips
Ex.
We own BAYC with FP of 60 ETH, but wants to lower our downside risk without selling it. We opened short 60ETH on it.
If BAYC drops to 50ETH, we will earn 10 ETH by closing our position and when the price returns to 60 ETH, our NFT will be in profit.

Leverage.
We can use Leverage for both trading and hedging.
