1️⃣The Rule of Three: At the beginning of each day, identify the three most important tasks to be completed that day.
Ex- CSAT, Current Affairs, Polity Image
2️⃣Work in Sprints: Work for a set amount of time, typically 90 minutes, followed by a short break.

This can help to maintain focus and prevent burnout.

3️⃣The One-Touch Rule: When studying, touch/study each item only once per day. This can help to prevent procrastination and increase productivity.

Ex- Study 4 subjects/ day for 2 hours, don't repeat same subject twice Image
4️⃣The Ivy Lee Method: At the end of each day, write down the six most important tasks to be completed the following day.

This can help to prioritize tasks and provide a sense of direction. Image
5️⃣Timeboxing: This technique involves setting a specific amount of time for a task and then focusing on that task for the entire duration.

This helps to create a sense of urgency and can increase productivity.

Ex- from 8:30am to 11:00am do test analysis Image
6️⃣The 80/20 Rule: Also known as the Pareto Principle, this states that 80% of results come from 20% of effort.

By focusing on the most important tasks, productivity can be increased.

Ex- Parliament chapter, Fiscal and Banking policy, Climatology Image
