✅Select a Study Target which is Challenging yet not impossible to achieve.
✅Ex- In next 1 hour will complete 20 pages of Judiciary chapter from Laxmikant and take PYQs test on Judiciary topic
🎯Step 2: Distraction free environment
✅Find a quiet, distraction-free environment where you can focus on the task at hand.
✅ Preferably a Library.
🎯Step 3: Set Clear Goals
✅Be as specific as possible
✅Ex- I'll complete 5 Reading Comprehension problems in next 20 minutes from XYZ book
🎯Step 4: Practice Mindfulness
✅Being present in the moment and fully engaged in the task can help you achieve flow state.
