How often have you not seen "I am into women and trans women* on dating/twitter profiles? Or people telling trans women that their attraction to them were the reason they realized they weren't straight.
Well... other trans people can also separate trans people from cis people, most likely due to internalized transphobia they haven't had a chance to unpack and deal with yet. And it *is* chaser-esque behavior.
There are many T4Ts that have excluded cis people from their dating life on basis of tired- and sadness of feeling different or misunderstood constantly, and I am HERE for that, completely...
but if you are a trans person, that wants to date me because I am trans, "just because", and not for aforementioned alienation of cis normativity, I *will* feel uncomfortable and offended by you, and I will have no interest in dating you, just as I won't date a cisgender chaser.
Also, to expect that trans people will want to fuck you just because you also are trans, is fucking shitty. Grow the fuck up and get a personality immediately.
I am in a relationship with my soulmate, and she happens to be trans. I did not seek her out/pursue her for being trans, I do not differentiate her from my cisgender exes. I feel comfort in knowing that she understands me on a deep level due to herself also being trans...
...but I have felt understanding and sympathy from queer lesbians and bisexual cisgender men as well, albeit not at this magnitude.
To separate trans women from cis women in your dating life *could* be you just being a chaser.
