In the Dominion suit, many names we haven't yet seen in stories appear on the docket as having been subpoenaed* &/or deposed. That list includes:

Smartmatic is also suing Fox, but in NY court. (Dominion's is in Delaware).

Among those subpoenaed*, via the docket: Michael Flynn, Bernard Kerik and a "William Barr."

*(Just because someone is subpoenaed doesn't mean they'll ultimately be deposed or ordered to testify.)

Smartmatic's suit also names Dobbs and Bartiromo personally as defendants, along with a few others.

And, Smartmatic has filed suits in federal court against:

Bottom line: We're just in the first inning here. Most of the events under scrutiny played out between Nov 2020 and Jan 2021, but the legal saga will be going on in state and federal courthouses for years.

Note, the lists above do not represent every person who's been subpoenaed or deposed. There are other people, companies, and even gov't agencies -- eg, Mesa County, Colorado, where the election-denying clerk was arrested
