If you think that UFOs of the last 80 years are time travelers from a distant future studying us from a distance for anthropological purposes, you may want to consider why they chose this time in history, why take DNA and live samples?
Noah would be proud.
It took me a while to tie together the eschatology, it's weird connections to the scientific community in seemingly lofty places such as NASA and certain areas of the IC etc.
But looking through this lens you can see how some may arrive at this conclusion.
Also if you have a religious faith that believes in an end-of-times scenario then it would support the reasoning that the #UFOs are here now to study the last century of human life before something significant happened and ended the species on Earth.
Add to that the idea that the activity really cranked up after the first nuclear testing began and you have another data point to support the idea.
It's a difficult thought to face, and certainly not one you'd want to run around broadcasting even if you believed it to be true.

Jacques stands out to me because he seems to recognize information as an organism.
It infects, spreads, mutates and controls it’s hosts. His study of lore, belief systems, esoteric groups, work on ARPANET and more reveals a man who sees the alien among us, and knows it’s power.
His work, along with that of others, will be considered as significant and simultaneously deadly as that of Oppenheimer.
AARPANET was the key development needed to spawn the growth of the worldwide vector the alien needed to attach itself to the most hosts.
Esoteric schools have long understood the power and use of information in building and controlling empires.
The information consumed, digested and repeated, shapes the reality of every host, with competing information clusters fighting to survive ensuring fitness of the code.
