1. Comparing oneself to others
Everyone I spoke to, spent an awful time comparing themselves to others.
Particularly their peers who may appear to be more successful or accomplished.
Social Media was unanimously, the biggest source of this comparison.
What might help?
Right now, realizing that for there is space for everyone to win.
If one wins, doesn't mean you have to lose!
Eventually, realizing that everyone is running a different race.
In fact, we're not even in a race.
We're on our own paths.

Growing up in India in the 90s and 2000s, access to a computer was a luxury.
Our school has a computer lab.
The only air-conditioned room in the building.
Shoes to be taken off before entering.
3 kids on 1 computer.

I read it at 19 and I don't think there could have been a better book to read at that age. Tells you so much about the truth of life, that no one tells you.
I read it at 21 and it changed my life, in meaningful ways. Growing up in a collective culture, the book introduced me to the concept of individualism. I think I learnt to live by myself, after this book.
