Since a few days, there has been a lot of anti-Holi propaganda being peddled on Twitter, mostly linked to female harassment. The peace fools have merely picked up the 2-3 incidents in order to defame the whole Hindu religion and its culture.

While they are generalizing the whole religion, here is the long thread about the crimes that have taken place against women on the occasion of Eid, which they don't wanna talk about.

1. Gopalganj, Bihar: On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, a Muslim girl came to visit her sister on July 24, 2021. On Eid, the girl was out with her nephews when she was gang raped. One accused, Shariful, was arrested by police.

2. Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: In August, 2018, an 8 year old girl was raped by Shahid on the occasion of Eid. The accused lured and raped the minor victim on the roof of a mosque.

3. Assam: On the same day in Assam, the minor girl went for a walk on the Eid festive. Her friend, who was a minor, took her to the jungle and raped her along with his friend Saddam Hussain.

4. Mumbai: In 2018 on Bakri Eid, Sayyed Amir Hussain, a resident of Andheri, invited the woman he met on a dating site to his flat to celebrate Bakri Eid. He made her loose consciousness by serving her a drug-laced sweet dish. Then he raped her and shot naked videos of her.

5. Uttar Pradesh: A married woman was invited to an Eid party, where she was gang raped by three men who had mixed the drug in her cold drink. She was threatened with the pornographic video that was made of her. Her husband tried committing the suicide after knowing the truth.

6. Haryana: In Firozpur Jhirka, a woman was called up by her husband's friend Javed to collect Eid items. Javed told her that items were in the car and asked her to collect them. When the woman approached the car, Mubarak and Dawood were inside. The trio gang raped her.

7. Shikarpur: The victim had come to visit her mother for Eid. The woman was raped by her own brother and threatened to shut up. She had previously been raped by him, but her family members did not allow her to file a police report. This is so sickening.

8. In 2019, tribal girls were called to perform dance at the Eid celebration. They were molested and forced to get naked and dance. They however, managed to escape.

9. Not only that, women are not safe even at the holy site of pilgrimage. When the #metoo movement gained attention, a lot of women shared their experiences of getting harassed and assaulted while performing hajj.
