1⃣ You don’t know how to read financial statements of a company? Here is how you can ask ChatGPT!

- Take @screener_in link of the company & just post it to ChatGPT & you have a quick summary on all the aspects

Here is how I asked ChatGPT to analyse #MRPL for me!😅

2⃣ But now you want to understand a certain aspect of the company & you are clueless why for ex: Sales or Profit went up suddenly in a year!

Here is what I asked ChatGPT about #MRPL Sales sudden change in trend.

I think with good prompts the answers can be even better🤓

3⃣ I went a step further and asked ChatGPT if this increase in Sales will sustain?

And, surprisingly it gave me a few helpful points...

4⃣ I also asked ChatGPT to create a table from the Sales, Operating profits & Operating margins & it did it beautifully🫣

5⃣ Time to compare #MRPL with peers

So, I had another company from the same industry - #Chennaipetro & I wanted to compare financial performance & here is what ChatGPT provided me

6⃣ Comparison in a table format with additional details!

I asked ChatGPT to put this information in a table for me & also include ROCE, ROE, P/E which I always check at first glance & the result 🫢

7⃣ Stock performance comparison!

Next, I wanted to understand the stock performance of both #MRPL & #Chennaipetro and also include the returns of the last 5 years.

ChatGPT was amazing again!🤩

8⃣ ChatGPT does not...

- provide advice
- can't analyse trends
- evaluate company for you without the inputs required to perform it😅
