#BCG #vaccine is given at birth to provide “supposed” protection in the early years when the infection is supposed to lead to #tuberculosis.

The incidence rates in the three "vaccination" groups were confirming the complete lack of protective efficacy, seen at the end of 7 1/2 years. BCG offered no overall protection in adults and a low level of overall protection in children. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10573656/
