So if X amount of calories come from carbohydrates, this means that 5-15% of them is going to be released as heat during digestion, a 20-35% when it comes to protein and a 3-15%when it comes to fat.
There is no equality when it comes to food.
Carbs are not equal to protein or fats and vice versa obviously.
Not only that but carbohydrates are not equal to each other, proteins are not equal to each other and fats are not equal to each other.

Sometimes the pursuit of improving ones' health can seem too complex and overwhelming when the reality is that there actually are a lot of low effort changes that the average person can make in his current lifestyle that will help him
improve his health.
A lot of you will of course be familiar with these but only few have actually made and stuck to these changes for a long enough period of time in order to experience their benefits.
If you don’t like the results that you’re getting in a certain area (money, health, relationships etc) you’ll have to pause and question the beliefs you have about it since our beliefs will always determine our actions.
Every time that you don't get the results you want in a certain area, question the beliefs you have about it.
Examples:
1. If you’re broke for multiple years, question the beliefs you have about money.
2. If you’re unhealthy for multiple years, question the beliefs you have
about health.
3. If you can’t get into a good relationship for multiple years, question the beliefs you have about relationships.
So simple, yet it's one of the main reasons why lots of people get stuck in life.
