1/A year ago I was arguing with my GF about morning exercises,cause I wasn’t so happy about that. In March 2022, I end up under mortar fire and realized that 800 meters run is a long-long way, and almost unreal when you run with weapons and equipment.

2/In October, I ran 10 kilometers in 55 minutes. Then ran 15 km. Yesterday I voluntarily marched 30 km on a road covered with ice with 20 kg on my shoulders (not counting water and supplies).It was -9 outside and the water froze already at 10 km.

3/ The next morning at 6 a.m. we were already outside for our daily run and exercise. Not counting dozens of little things like running back and forth in a helmet and body armor, we ended the day with 117 rounds of barpees because #117 chose not a good time to smoke

I have been sitting in the forest for a month now, waiting for further orders. Actually, I have a lot of news, but there is none that I have the right to tell right now. The biggest problem for soldiers, so far, is the lack of leave and the opportunity to see relatives.

This man proved by his own example that despondency is the main reason for the death of sailors who find themselves in the open sea. not rejuvenation, not drowning, but despair. And the fight against hopeless circumstances is a sure way to salvation

I haven't written for a long time how the story with Ms. Elena ended. My last tweet about her said that we repaired their roof. After that, we brought her all the medicines she needed, even more flashlights for her wards, bought her a phone with Internet access

Gradually,we got to meet several families to whom we delivered collected aid and began to help them too:batteries for lifts,wheelchairs,e-books,even more medicines, tools.We were greeted everywhere as saints,which made us feel embarrassed,cause we were only couriers of your help

There was enough money for everything! but at a certain moment I realized that I can’t do this - it is a separate type of activity that social workers should do.The critical moment came when all these people started asking me to bring them firewood for the winter..and I refused

What is actually happening:for the first time in hundreds of years of war, terror and genocide,🇷🇺 is getting shit from 🇺🇦 and a whole world is seeing that. No double interpretations,🇷🇺 will not be able to lie about these events in the future,as they used throughout their history

Their "victory" columns are burned, the corpses of their soldiers litter the Ukrainian fields, Russian commanders abandon their troops and flee. and all they are capable of is firing rockets at defenseless civilians

Entire generations of Ukrainians dreamed of what is happening now. Millions of Ukrainians died at the hands of the russians only in XX century, including members of my family. Therefore, it cannot be any mercy. Only the winner has the right to forgive!

While it may seem to you that Ukraine is counterattacking along the entire front line, there is a point on the map, the only one where russians are still trying to advance. I offer you a small thread about Bakhmut - the city of roses

I warn you right away: I don‘t give out any secret information. You can easily find a mountain of reliable info in open sources. My description is very general, like this map - It shows in yellow the conditional positions of the 🇷🇺 in August when I arrived,red - in October

When I arrived we all expected that Bakhmut could fall in three weeks. 🇷🇺 was moving forward slowly but surely. But In 2 months they advanced maximum 3-4 km in certain areas. Now I don't see at all how 🇷🇺 can take it without extraordinary change of situation.
