For those that say ‘you can always leave’, like many other experienced doctors, I’m exit planning. Our juniors are angry but many are still at the bargaining stage. Let’s try to hang onto them while we still can. #payrestoration #JuniorDoctor
For anyone not convinced by the amount of service ‘junior’ doctors provide, in order to provide the basic level of emergency care without them ALL elective activity, outpatients and operating, has stopped. We need them back, and we need to make it better so they want to stay
