Unlike most edits, here Putin can be heard speaking in his own voice throughout the voice-over:

"Ridiculous! How can they say it was done by a pro-Ukraine group. This is an act of state terrorism!"

"It's obviously an act of state-sponsored terrorism!"

So, who is capable of doing such a thing, at such a depth, involving such explosives?
It's obvious! It takes special expertise of the kind that is only possessed by a state.

After airing this extended segment on the Nord Stream "terror" CCTV then segues into dreamy Kremlin footage of Ukraine being bombarded with heavy weapons without as much as a blink, let alone a blush.

CCTV seems to care more about pipelines than people.

In other Russian-accented news, a US drone is down.

CCTV illustrates the Black Sea incident with file footage of US drones and Russian jets.

It includes stock footage of a US drone operator in a virtual cockpit.

Not sure of the significance of this footage.
