The arrest warrant for putin is wonderful. But a bounty on his head would be better.
This decision against the Fuhrer by the ICC is akin to an armed drone hovering over the Kremlin. It's not a matter of if it attacks, but when. The time has come for the eradication of the Fuhrer. Who will be Brutus? Or will pull a Hitler in the bunker?
