It's my pleasure to bring you LIVE to women's Centex finals. We have Northeastern Valkyries facing off against Colorado State Hell's Belles. A rematch of the top two finishers from pool A. Northeastern looks to remain undefeated, and Colorado State is looking for revenge.
The Belles are pulling to the Valkyries.
A long opening point, both teams have ratcheted up the intensity. After a couple turns each Cassandra Banuelos finds Willow Purvis in the end zone for a CSU break.
Men’s Centex: Alright it’s finals time. We’ve got a South Central rivalry game with @texas__tuff starting on defense against @CUMamabird
Game starts with a hold. Mamabird 1-0 TUFF
Defensive pressure from Mamabird makes trouble for TUFF. Thoreson takes the Chambers matchup, and forces a tough throw to Fuzat who is out of bounds. Although a huck sails too far for the bidding Min-Fink, Mamabird gets the disc back after a Reinhardt drop. Thoreson gets the goal
Women's Centex checking in with your Semifinals matchup of Virginia Hydra vs. Colorado State Hell's Belles where CSU has opened the game with two quick breaks.
Virginia calls a timeout but Belles continue the break train as Alex Hasenkamp finds Kiera Schreiber near side for the goal. 3-0 Belles lead.
A lot energy out of CSU as these Belles are raising hell. Another break after UVA falls just short of the goal. 4-0.
Men’s Centex: moving over to the other fields now @Tufts_Emen lead @OCEagles 8-5. Eagles to receive out of half.
Out of half, Roberts puts up a beauty to Kameri who reels it in for the goal. He spikes it so hard they need a new disc. Emen 8-6 Eagles
OC forces a turn and Roberts shoots it long through the zone to get it to the Emen goal line. They can’t convert, and Emen march it the other way for the hold. Emen 9-6 Eagles
Back at it again. LIVE for Quarters at Women's Centex. We have Northeastern Valkyries pulling to Brown Shiver to kick off bracket play here on YOUR championship Sunday.
Valkyries open the game with a break after forcing a turn in the end zone and calmly working the disc down field. 1-0 Northeastern leading.
A pair of turns end in a bomb from Rita Feder to Sally Hirschwerk. 1-1.
