Someone asked me for a principal component analysis of the entire human species.

Adding some more useful PCAs in this thread.

PCA of modern West Eurasians (not including North Africans).

PCA of selected ancient West Eurasians projected over the PCA of modern West Eurasians (again not including North Africans).

PCA of some modern Eurasian populations (no MENA) with selected ancient populations projected on top.

Useful for seeing variation among the "Eastern Non-Africans" (Amerindians, East Asians, Oceanians, etc.).

A global PCA with various ancient Eurasian populations. Useful because it debunks the myth that West European Hunter-Gatherers (WHG) were "Black/African."

PCA of modern Africans and West Eurasians focusing on genetic variation in Africa. South African Khoisan are as genetically distinct from West Africans as they are from Europeans.

PCA featuring some of the earliest Eurasian samples from the Paleolithic, which were less diverged than their modern descendants.

It also shows that Amerindians are very distinct from Europeans and East Asians.
