When I was an SEO beginner, I used to go to GSC and sort by clicks/impressions.
When I had intermediate experience, I used to add related queries in the intros/first headings.

1. Cluster the data
Clustering helps me divide a website into different topics.
Then check the SEO metrics for each topic.
For instance, instead of just looking at the overall number of clicks over time, you can check the total number of clicks that each topic is generating.
I do this with Python, but in case you can't code, I've got you.
