There are remarkable similarities, if you care to look. Amritpal, as we know, was a Dubai-based Uber driver-- miraculously teleported into Punjab (via Tbilisi, Georgia) to become a KhaIistani separatist political icon. (2/21)

Nick Kristof is originally from the state of Oregon on the West Coast of the US. But decades of "education" at Harvard, followed by a career of loud-mouthed shilling for globalist interests at CNN and the NY Times, have made him very much a creature of the East Coast. (3/21)

It was on the strength of political connections he made among the Eastern elite, and with the backing of deep-pocketed manipulators in New York and DC, that he decided to run for Governor of Oregon (the state of his birth) in Nov 2022. (4/21)

Emerging from the shadowy crypts and labyrinthine schemes of the political swamp, Kristof-- like Amritpal-- was airdropped into his birth state with more campaign money than any of the other contenders (people who actually lived in Oregon) had managed to raise. (5/21)

Like its sisters California and Washington, stretched out across the West Coast of the United States, the politics of Oregon have been held hostage by a heavily ideological, far-left oligarchy with a stranglehold on its coastal cities. (7/21)

Being a better class of human being than NY Times or Washington Post "reporters", I will not sensationalize the gruesome reality of life in Portland with a hundred grubby images of lawlessness, homelessness, and public defecation-- but they're easy enough to Google. (10/21)

Washington, DC's Progressive Papacy realized that the growing disgust of Oregonians from the state's interior-- who DON'T want to remain hostages to the Woke Cabals of misgovernance that turned cities like Portland into living nightmares-- could spell political trouble. (11/21)

Thrust upon the hapless citizens of Oregon like a Laat Saheb from Imperial Blighty, Governor-General Kristoff could spend four years spinning alarmist pretexts for greater government surveillance and intervention against movements like Greater Idaho. (16/21)

It turned out that the would-be Governor General was such a creature of the East Coast swamp that he had not even resided in Oregon for the minimum amount of time qualifying him to contest the election. The Supreme Court ruled him ineligible, and his campaign sank. (19/21)

For now, Kristof is back in the swamp, seething and doing what he's always done-- writing hit pieces devoid of fact and redolent of vapid virtue-signaling. (20/21)

Working for the same cabal that wants to silence the aspirations of local residents, override the voices of native populations, and impose proxies for imperial control by entrenched global interests. All in the name of "freedom", "democracy", and "self determination".
