My bet is that this entire episode has been formulated so that the US ends up giving India exactly what it wants.

US was ambivalent about KhaIistanis on its soil. India decided to force its hand.
Now the US has a Federal Indictment as a result of its ongoing legal process BUT /1 the US also knows perfectly well that it cannot afford to alienate India, geopolitically or economically, for the sake of some KhaIistani riffraff.

Khalistanis are actually the worst proxy the US could ask for—zero capability to actually pressure India on national security, /2

Exactly right. What many supporters of SB403-type initiatives don't get: even if added as a legal category, American law (being facially neutral) will NOT assume that X caste is always the discriminator & Y always the victim. As for example India's SC/ST Atrocities Act does. /1 For example, a heterosexual white man can under Title VII sue a workplace of mostly nonwhite Iesbians if he feels they create a hostile environment. As the purveyors of 99% of casteist hate speech in 🇺🇸, the Periyar/Ambedkar types & Khalistanis have most to fear from such laws./2

Among Liberals, it's unacceptable to assume a person's gender based on appearance, or to ask a trans-presenting person about their biological status.

But this one feels free to ask this question about @VivekGRamaswamy ONLY because of his ethnic background & skin color. #racist It gets worse. Here the so-called Liberal asks if being "disgusting" is "on-brand for UC" (meaning "upper caste").

Can you imagine if someone characterized, say, all Ashkenazi Jews, or all Hispanic Americans of Cuban descent, as "disgusting"?

Wahhab's involvement as prime mover of the CA caste legislation indicates a strong lsIamist angle. Dr Mairal's thread below suggests why this might be the case. There is a schism forming in the US between so-called "Progressive" lsIamists, who pose as "allies" of all those /1 groups championed by Woke Left Democrats & DEI advocates: BIPOC, LGB, Trans communities. The Progressive lsIamists have leveraged this relationship to achieve core J¡had¡ priorities: silencing of all criticism as "lsIamophobia", the BDS movement against lsrael, the anti-India /2

THREAD. What do Nick Kristof and #AmritpalSingh have in common? Perhaps more than you thought! (1/21) There are remarkable similarities, if you care to look. Amritpal, as we know, was a Dubai-based Uber driver-- miraculously teleported into Punjab (via Tbilisi, Georgia) to become a KhaIistani separatist political icon. (2/21)

Diaspora Indians: CAUTION.
If there's one confirmed fact about #Khalistanis , especially overseas ones, it's that they are T€rr0rists and Cowards. Remember Air India 182.

They may try & target helpless Indian Diaspora civilians in retribution for coward Amritpal Singh's arrest. Remember the recent attacks & vandalism against Hindu temples in Canada, UK, and Australia, and the violent targeting of both Indian Consulates/Embassies as well as peaceful celebrations of Indian national holidays. Expect this to intensify. That's all the guts #Khalistanis have.

Diaspora Hindus:

If asked by anyone at your workplace, school, or university what your caste is,

There's only one right answer.

"My caste is none of your damn business." /1 If they press you for an answer, they are profiling you because of your religion, skin color, national origin. Take out your phone & record the interaction.

You are entitled to legal remedies. /2

Good catch regarding @ jpdeol (Hinduphobic racist & possible KhaIistani). He works at @ dhillonlaw per his bio. That is the firm of Harmeet Dhillon who is running for Chair of the Republican National Commission! @SarahLGates1 @HinduAmerican @TheEmissaryCo @CoHNAOfficial See screenshots in this tweet for context.

Is Harmeet Dhillon, who might become the most powerful functionary of the GOP (with a major say in candidate selection all the way to US President) associated with KhaIistanis? @svatsann @BharatNow @BharathamJaya

True. ALL-- I mean ALL of my in-person Ind-Am social circle here are people I came to know via pre-existing social networks (relatives, friends etc) from my years in India. VERY hard to overcome trust barriers between Hindu-Ams who meet as blank slates for the 1st time overseas. In NY & NJ the natural state of Hindu Ams is wariness. There's half an expectation that a random Hindu Am they meet (without introduction through pre-existing networks) might be hoping to take advantage somehow. Especially if not from the same regional/linguistic group.

When lsIamists claim to feel threatened by 'Hindutva', it's not t3rr0rism or oppression they fear, but simply the spectre of global diaspora Hindus becoming strongly politically organized. Once we get our act together we can & will stop their nefarious agenda in its tracks. /1 This is why they try so hard to delegitimize Hindutva. It has broken the back of lsIamist political veto in India, now they fear it will put them back in their place everywhere else they want to impose Jama'at-e-lsIami & MusIim Brotherhood political dominance. /2

This guy, Majid Freeman, and many others went to Syria, joined lSlS, returned to the UK, and not only walk free but practice lsIamist Civic Terrorism full-time. They're networked across the UK & have The Guardian's hijaban to whitewash them. You think MI6 ISN'T involved in this? The campaign to smear Modi's govt as "Hindutva Fascist" (and all Hindus who voted for or support him by association) has been a political project of state-sponsored machinery in certain Western countries for a long time. The goal thus far was to shame Hindus into disavowal.

Fascinating questions arise.
1) What is a "MusIim Area"? How many MusIims vis-a-vis Non MusIims must reside in an Area to make it a MusIim Area? Is residing enough, or do things like property ownership or contribution to the local, regional, & national economy count? /1 2) How are the borders of said MusIim Area defined? By lsIamists & their collaborators? Or by some authority that all residents of that political unit (town, city, district, state, country) have vested power in through a democratic process? /2

Ziauddin Barani, a scholar at the Tughlaq court, established the lsIamic Caste System in India in the 14th century itself. A dirty little secret that the Religion of Equality and Brotherhood keeps under the burqa, so that it can blame Brahmins for its rampant casteism instead. /1 Unlike native Indian varna or Jaati, the MusIim castes were 100% based on skin colour and ancestry. The less Indian ancestry you had, the higher on the ladder you were. Ashrafs, the descendants of Turks, Persians, Afghans, and Arabs occupied the highest rung. /2
