Was it a Planned Massacre?
The sikh community considers this accident as a fake and planned encounter of the Sikhs by the Indian army and Indian Government.

Indian army's retired lieutenant General K.S Gill recalled the accident in an interview and shared his views about the massacre. We was involved in the investigation of this massacre.

However, nothing happened in the case and they lost fate in justice. He says that it was a planned massacre.
Justice is still awaiting because the killers are Hindu militants.
