The @Maya_Protocol Liquidity Auction is live. With this, the $MAYA airdrop for @THORChain $RUNE holders is live too!

Lots of tweets/activity about the airdrop but not much covered specifically for #THORNode operators. Thread time 🧵

Reminder: $RUNE owners get $MAYA airdrop by:
A. $RUNE bonded in a Node,
B. $RUNE symmetrical LP position,
C. $RUNE asymmetrical LP position,
D. Holding $RUNE in a wallet and/or,
E. Holding $RUNE in Maya pools during the auction.

Time to dive into the 'how' for option A.

Step 1. Create a new $MAYA capable wallet (specifically for your $MAYA airdrop):
@THORWalletDEX is the easiest (save your new seed/keystore) and identify your 'maya......' address.

Step 2. Identify the current Asgard Vault for @Maya_Protocol:

This will be the 'thor.....' address. Double check this against recent transactions or similar to ensure it is the active vault (not an old one).

Step 3. Use custom memo to send 1 $RUNE (from your node bonded wallet):
@asgardex is what I use for NO stuff (@THORSwap is another option)
*SEND* (not 'deposit') 1 $RUNE to the current 'thor.....' Maya vault address (Step 2) with the Custom Memo:

'+:thor.rune:maya1xxxxxxxxxxx' (where 'maya1xxxxxxxxx' is the new $MAYA address from Step 1).

If you have multiple #THORNodes across different wallets, you can link them all to a single $MAYA wallet (from Step 1). The 2nd, 3rd etc transactions will be refunded but it will be successfully tracked for the airdrop. Do not participate in the LA from multiple (see below).

4. Wait until ~26 April 2023 and get your free $MAYA tokens airdropped into your Maya Wallet (Step 1).

BUT.... some points to be careful of:

Careful #1) Participate in @Maya_Protocol LA from a different @THORChain address to the one you just linked with 1 $RUNE (first transaction counts & rest refunded) OR participate in the LA instead of the linking transaction (LA participation makes linking transaction redundant)

Careful #2) Do not get the wrong/old Maya Vault address for the 'inbound address'. Your linking transaction or LA participation will be lost forever and you will receive no airdrop.

Careful #3) Your #THORNode address obviously is very sensitive (it is bonded to your STUPIDLY expensive node)... DO NOT IMPORT THE SEED ANYWHERE! It is obvious but I would hate someone to have a lapse in judgement.

Careful #4) Lots of scammers, do not accept help from randoms. @Maya_Protocol Discord is the place to go for questions and keep it anonymous!
