What can we expect on #Arrestmas? Let's do a Thread

First. FORGET what the media told you. For two years you've been fed bullshit that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg had dropped this case. Obviously he hadn't. And I told you repeatedly no, he had not. But mainstream media fed you lies

Real legal experts and some honest journalists like say Palmer Report have told you the truth all along. The DA cannot leak because it would only damage his case. They have to remain quiet, & do their talking at last possible moment, in court documents. To keep their CASE STRONG

But the criminal side - Trumpworld - has an INTEREST in spinning the story, feeding us at best biased half-truths, and at worst outright lies. & they face no penalty for doing so

The media KNOW this discrepancy yet feed you the bullshit. That is made FAR WORSE by the accomplices

Various maganutter right wing propaganda outfits starting with Fox have served Trump's cause. But the REAL rat is Magamaggot Maggie Haberman who has used the corrupt NY Times as her vehicle to do Trump's propaganda. And NY Times used to have a reputation, so it was believed

With this background. FORGET EVERYTHING you read in the media. Because MUCH of that was originated from Magamaggot Maggie Haberman directly, or her collaborators at NY Times. She is a serial fraud. And thus much of this Manhattan DA story is BIASED against any truth

I personally do not KNOW one iota of what is happening at Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office or his investigation. I do not have ANY insider knowledge whatsoever. BUT i have read METICULOUSLY all court documents Manhattan has filed against Trump. Those are FACTS

So. With that. It is PLAUSIBLE that Manhattan DA case against Trump now this week, is mainly centered on Stormy Daniels payment (& likely also Karen McDougal the Playboy Bunny payment). This would be a PEANUTS crime, NOT WORTH ALL THIS EFFORT

But it is indeed plausible

It is FAR more likely that there is a LARGER series of Financial crimes of Trump, where Stormy (& McDougal) are only snippets of events in a sea of crime. THIS MAKES SENSE, that Michael Cohen & Stormy were called back to testify only in past weeks out of investigation of 4 YEARS

What do we KNOW from court documents? Trump's accountant of 40 years confessed to more than a decade of tax fraud, including grand larceny - and now serves time in Riker's Island. Court documents by DA said there were OTHER TAX FRAUD EXECUTIVES (plural) other than Weisselberg.

Those will include Trump kids, Ivanka, Beavis & Butthead Trump. Court documents by DA said there is (at least one) tax fraud person BIGGER criminal than Weisselberg. That would be Trump. Whatever other criminals they found, Trump is biggest tax fraud in this case.

Alvin Bragg works for NY State. Trump has committed millions of dollars of tax fraud against NY state. Why would Bragg go to trial about $130,000 payment to Stormy but ignore millions owed to his employer? It would be absurd that he NOT charge Trump, because Weisselberg CONFESSED

I do not know that Bragg would now charge Trump about tax fraud, but taxes never expire. He WILL come after Trump at some point. And also after Trump kids (more millions). It makes EVERY reasonable sense, that the SEQUENCE to charge Trump for tax fraud, is to do Weisselberg FIRST

The reasonable expectation is, that the financial crimes at Trump Org will now be charged to Trump (and his kids). Those crimes that Weisselberg has confessed they did at Trump Org, and Weisselberg is now doing time in prison for.

If so, then would seem bizarre if TAXES are not included. Why bother with OTHER financial crimes to other victims but ignore debts, taxes owed to NY State? So I do EXPECT that the charging document includes tax fraud.

Now it gets fascinating. Weisselberg's crimes were worth 12 YEARS in prison. Because he flipped and got a plea bargain (a bad deal, no immunity) Allen does only some months. But his CRIMES are worth 12 years. Trump tax crimes are WORSE. = more than 12 years in prison

REGARDLESS of Stormy or McDougal or any other financial crimes, when we see the tax crimes listed, THAT is the mother load of THIS indictment. That is about 15 years - and Trump CANNOT get a plea bargain because he can't rat anyone else out. He is the boss

So when we read that charging document, look out for Trump tax crimes. If those are there, this is more than a decade for Trump in prison. MUCH more than enough time for ALL other trials to conclude, Jan 6th, Georgia, Espionage. Trump goes in, never gets out, as more years added

This is LIKELY not going to be 'money laundering' crimes. Those are coming from NY Attorney General, not Manhattan DA. They will add at least a decade to Weisselberg, & life sentence to Trump. Will be a SEPARATE trial, later

Now for 'bombshells'. The court documents tell us there are OTHER tax fraud criminals. They were not named. They will include at least Ivanka, Jr and Eric. I expect these 3 to be charged at the same time as Trump (or before Trump). I believe Ivanka has flipped, maybe also Jr

I expect more people charged, not just Trump. I do not know this, but you can expect it. The 3 Trump kids. Possibly also the Slovenian rental. And expect at least 1 and up to 3 of the 4 to have flipped, to plead guilty and we can expect those to have plea bargains (against Trump)

The arresting document(s) will be fascinating. If tax fraud is there, this is the end of the road for Trump. When this case gets the verdict, Trump goes to prison and never gets out. And very likely we will hear of family member(s) who have flipped, starting with Ivanka
