Here are some things that I do that I Believe benefit my health (physical, mental and spiritual) that you will not read about in many places…
Sometimes we need to exit outside the box in order to glean those extra points of potential.
Open your mind to new experiences and your abilities will ascend to the same degree.
- Play the Skyrim soundtrack and go on a long, DEEP forest walk. Do not use your phone during. Allow the ambience to flow through you, encounter the woods as if you were a Druid seeking knowledge. You will Not learn this elite meditation technique at Harvard medschool.
Sunning my balls. The sun is a powerful transmitter of energy. Celestially empowering your manhood with these vital rays ensure that your testosterone and masculine power is flowing to its utmost potential. Anyone who has done this attests to its power. Sun your whole naked body
- Nasal breathing only. The mouth is for breathing compadre. Nasal breathing only drops you into the parasympathetic state much more, enabling calmer demeanour and a restorative state. More oxygen, filtered air. The nose is for breathing.
Enhanced Muscular Visualisation. Find a large mirror or reflective surface. Place a candle infront of you. Stretch deeply every aspect of every fibre in your body - truly FEEL into the muscle. Visualise oxygen flowing into each specific cell. Make sure to expand and enlarge.
- Exploring the depths of intense voice extrapolation. Battle roaring. There is a self vibration that occurs when we utilise those ranges of the vocal chords not encountered during soy office talk alone. EXPAND. Howl at the moon in the middle of the night.
- Intense Appreciation and Gratitude - The mindset we inhabit is the most important part of health. Our belief and ‘resting set point’ of energy flows through to either make or break our health issues. See everything around you as a blessing, let the sun shine outwardly.
- Avoiding blue light. Demonic electronic light cannot compare to the sun. Candles, Fires, Incandescent bulbs only.

The valley we walked through was indescribably beautiful - the energetic resonance of which was felt by everyone as soon as we stepped into it.

You can't just book this place online. That's a natural spring fed water fountain there.
over time your eyes become weaker because they have to 'work' less = vision gets even worse
You can improve your vision through various natural methods... don't think you have to rely on glasses/contacts forever
If you:
- stare at a screen all day (no eye movement)
- expose your eyes to artificial blue light
- don't often get natural sunlight in the eyes
- have a poor diet
- don't eat wild seafood
then your vision/eyes will get worse!
...glasses or contacts will not fix your eyesight
Tips to improve eyesight naturally over the long term:
- Regular eye movement exercises - movement of the focus of vision from as far left and right as you can, up and down, focusing on near and far etc. The eyes are controlled by muscles and these can atrophy without use

What is Honey?
Honey creation begins when the bee lands on a flower and drinks its nectar.
The nectar is then stored in the honey sac, or honey stomach with enzymes added by the bee where it is broken down into fructose and glucose.
The honey bee flies back to the hive, and spits the nectar out into one of the comb cells. The bees then dry it out using a warm breeze made with their wings.
At this point, the bees add pollen + saliva, then cover the cell with a wax cap and now they have food for the winter!
