🧵 to get my account permanently banned (probably)

Disclaimer: I don’t have a problem with LGB(and most T) folks.

I think I get it re: non-surgically transitioned trans-women.
It’s illegal to be a straight white male in today’s youth culture unless you’re a chad-style ally

1/
The anti-culture nerd-types that used to be shy and socially inept have figured out that they can just be “trans lesbians.” This allows them to remain culturally alt, avoid taking a D in the A, and gives them an elevated status they never would have had before.

2/
They’ve always been weird and socially awkward. They made people uncomfortable because there was a desperation that felt almost threatening behind their eyes in every interaction.
Now everyone pretends to love them just because they are “trans.”

3/
Instead of putting their heads in toilets or just ignoring them, they are fawned over. They are still socially awkward and still make everyone uncomfortable, but now the world pretends not to notice. They’ve been given confidence of popularity without the grace to manage it.

4/
As a result they’ve become emboldened to threaten any that oppose them.

Those same guys are the basement dwelling, anti-social, 4chan trolls (of all ages) that we know and revile, but now you can’t just ignore them. You have to be full of praise or lose your career.

5/
These are or will soon be bearded, masculine, balding men in women’s clothes with makeup applied with the skill of 4 year olds in mom’s bathroom. These are not trans women.
These are men that failed at being men.
They desperately need approval that they can’t achieve as men

6/
so they take their ingrained misogyny and use it to demean and mock the women they can’t have. It’s a modern day blackface. A mockery of women.
As this movement progresses, these young trans women are becoming more and more aggressive in their words and actions.

7/
More forceful about not just being addressed as women, but being considered better than biological women.
It’s no longer about acceptance, but rather dominance. Women are now cautious about speaking up and defending their womanhood.

8/
These trans women are making bio women feel diminished in power and fearful of retaliation by these former-men with male builds and male strength. Much like when walking alone at night, or living alone, or sitting at a stop light, or walking through a parking lot,

9/
a woman has always had to be on her guard against threat of men who want what they have.
I guess boys will be boys, but I’m tired.
It’s insulting and tired of pretending it’s not.

I keep seeing people talking about how interest rates have to go up to cool the housing market.
That may have worked in the past, but it’s not going to work now.
Let me explain.
🧵
In prior inflationary periods, they hike the rates to cool the market. To dramatically simplify it, this prices the least qualified buyers out of the market which works to reduce demand and allow the market to stabilize.
What’s not being taken into account for this inflationary cycle is that corporations, foreign and domestic, have been the driving force in the insane prices and lack of supply in the real estate market.

Let’s piss some people off today!
*cracks knuckles*

The OP doesn’t understand the issue.
The commenters largely don’t either.

Let me explain.
🧵
People argue that student loan debt is deserved and everyone that signed for it should pay for it. That’s not wrong. There’s just more to it than that.

The government took charge of student loans in 2010 because of abuse in the private sector.
That alone is a red flag.
Schools have long decided more kids would come to school if they didn’t have to pay for it right now. Along with employers demanding degrees for entry level work and government education (public schools) pushing college as the natural progression of education.

I am currently being berated by feminists for a comment I made on a tiktok.
The video was a woman mocking an audio clip of a man saying he feels threatened by women he works with because of the #metoo movement.
She questioned, “what can’t you do now that you could before?” As if the only thing men can’t do is sexual assault.
I said that men have to keep their eyes on the ground and can no longer show basic kindness, for a start.
I’m getting reamed for it.
The creator and the commenters have all missed the point.
They think I’m defending SA.
Women can now speak up with freedom AND BE BELIEVED which is an amazing win. For so long, any allegations were dismissed. Women were not believed.
This awareness is a needed and welcome change.

In light of my nomination to President of the US by Twitter mutuals who are fully authorized to do so; I’ve compiled some policy measures I think our elected officials should consider.

Tag your local reps and senators if you think they should have a look.

I’ll add ideas below:
1.1 Foreign Property Investments

Italy, for example, has restrictions in place to prevent foreigners from buying up all of their available properties, inflating the real estate market, and shutting out citizen buyers with lack of inventory and prohibitive pricing.

Why don’t we?
1.2 The US should immediately draft and pass legislation requiring property ownership to be restricted to those who can prove they live and work in the US.
Corps that own property for production purposes or select other usages may be allowed;

Tired of being called a “right wing” fascist?

Fascists throughout history have demanded:
Gun control
Universal healthcare
Universal income
Centralized govt
Govt controlled education

Check out the definition of fascism in 2013 “radical centrist doctrine”:

Yesterday I posed questions about Covid hospital census, vaccine status, and severity.
The following is what I gathered between the comments on the post and the private messages.

Keep in mind I am not a medical professional and this is a VERY small and unofficial sample.
The vaccine status of covid infected, hospitalized patients varies wildly across the country.
Hospitals with high early vaccination rates have higher census of vaccinated patients.
Area with low vaccination rates or later vaccination have a higher census of unvaccinated patients
This indicates that the vaccine has an efficacy that wanes between 5-6 months after injection.
Severity of infection is usually the same among vaccinated and unvaccinated patients. When efficacy wears off, it just wears all the way off.
