Novavax - Wikipedia

On May 22, 2021, Novavax and Moderna announced a deal with the South Korean government to manufacture their COVID-19 vaccines. The vaccine is also being co-developed (with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) in India en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novavax
under the brand name Covovax.

On September 6, 2021, Novavax and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company announced that the Government of Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare will purchase 150 million doses of Novavax's vaccine candidate TAK-019 pending regulatory approval.
In January 2020, Takeda announced a research partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to advance discoveries in artificial intelligence and health. The MIT-Takeda Program is housed in the MIT Jameel Clinic, and is led by Professor James J. Collins, with a
steering committee led by Professor Anantha P. Chandrakasan, dean of the MIT School of Engineering, and Anne Heatherington, senior vice president and head of Data Sciences Institute (DSI) at Takeda.

James J. Collins is also a core founding faculty member of the Wyss Institute Image
for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University and an Institute Member of the Broad Institute at MIT and Harvard. Collins is also faculty lead for life sciences at the MIT Jameel Clinic since 2018

Collins serves on the Board of Directors of Fulcrum Therapeutics and
the SAB of Agilis Biotherapeutics, Evelo Biosciences, enEvolv, Indigo Agriculture, Joule Unlimited, PureTech Health and Excel Medical Ventures.

Joule Unlimited was founded in 2007 within Flagship VentureLabs by Noubar Afeyan and David Berry. In addition to its founders,
Joule's Board of Directors included Graham Allison, Anatoly Chubais, Stelios Papadopoulos, Caroline Dorsa, and Ruben Vardanian. Joule's Scientific Advisory Board includes synthetic biologists George M. Church and Jim Collins.

Since September 2008, Chubais has been General
Manager of the State Corporation Rosnanotech.

The architect of Russian privatization was former First Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Chubais, a darling of the U.S. and Western financial establishments.

Essential to the implementation of Chubais’s policies was the enthusiastic
support of the Clinton Administration and its key representative for economic assistance in Moscow, the Harvard Institute for International Development. Using the prestige of Harvard’s name and connections in the Administration, H.I.I.D. officials acquired virtual carte blanche
over the U.S. economic aid program to Russia, with minimal oversight by the government agencies involved.

In 1980 the economist Arnold Harberger of the Harvard University was selected as head of the H.I.I.D. institute. The announcement met with protests from students and staff
since Harberger had previously advised the Augusto Pinochet military regime in Chile. He withdrew and Dwight Perkins, an economist and specialist in China, took the job. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the economist Jeffrey Sachs became head of the institute.

In his
capacity as a special adviser at the UN, Jeffery Sachs has frequently met with foreign dignitaries and heads of state. He was photographed with Matt Damon and developed a friendship with international celebrities Bono and Angelina Jolie, who traveled to Africa with Sachs to twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
witness the progress of the Millennium Villages.

In the Spring 2020, Richard Horton, editor of The Lancet, appointed Sachs as chair of its COVID-19 Commission, whose goals were to provide recommendations for public health policy and improve the practice of medicine.
Jeffery Sachs set up a number of task forces, including one on the origins of the virus. Sachs appointed British American disease ecologist Peter Daszak, a colleague of Sachs' at Columbia, to head this task force, two weeks after the Trump administration prematurely ended an
federal grant supporting a project led by Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance, which worked with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The Global Virome Project (GVP) is an American-led international collaborative research initiative based at the One Health Institute at the
University of California, Davis. The project was co-launched by EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak, Nathan Wolfe and Edward Rubin of Metabiota, and former Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention director George F. Gao.

Metabiota is a San Francisco startup that
compiles data from around the world to predict disease outbreaks, The company is a partner with USAID's PREDICT and PREVENT programs. In the early months of the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, Metabiota and BlueDot independently demonstrated the capabilities of computer analytics to map the
future spread of the virus between countries.

Google invested $1 million into the company while also planning to act as a partner to provide expertise in data analysis. Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners was reported to have a 13.4% stake in the company in 2014. Image
In 2005, Chris Heinz co-founded Rosemont Capital (named for the family’s Fox Chapel property near Pittsburgh) until departing in 2014. Heinz was a partner in the Washington, D.C. firm Rosemont Seneca from its founding in 2009 until 2014, when he ended his working relationship
with Hunter Biden, after Biden took a board position on Burisma Holdings (a Ukrainian fracking gas company), which was owned by Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, the former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources.

In 2017, Burisma signed a partnership agreement with the twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Atlantic Council to promote anti-corruption measures.

In 2017, Joseph Cofer Black, former director of the Counterterrorism Center of the Central Intelligence Agency (1999–2002) in the George W. Bush administration and former Ambassador-at-Large for counter-terrorism (2002–2004), Image
was appointed to the board.

Hunter Biden was hired to help Burisma with corporate governance best practices, while still an attorney with Boies Schiller Flexner, and a consulting firm in which Biden is a partner was also retained by Burisma.

Boies Schiller Flexner also ImageImageImageImage
represents Amazon in corporate matters, and Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos personally retained attorneys from Boies Schiller as part of his crisis-management team in the wake of Bezos's claims of extortion by AMI. ImageImageImageImage

On December 17, 2021, the World Health Organization (WHO) added Novavax's Covovax vaccine, jointly developed with the Serum Institute of
India (SII), to the list of approved coronavirus vaccines for emergency use. The vaccine can then be used in the Covax programme for the supply of vaccines to low and middle income countries.

COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access, abbreviated as COVAX, is a worldwide initiative aimed
at equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines directed by the GAVI vaccine alliance, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), and the World Health Organization (WHO), alongside key delivery partner UNICEF.

A financing instrument called the COVID-19 Vaccines
Advance Market Commitment (COVAX AMC) was presented to prospective donors at the Gavi COVAX AMC 2021 Investment Opportunity Launch Event, otherwise named One World Protected, on 15 April 2021. The virtual event was hosted by GAVI board chair José Manuel Barroso, U.S. Secretary of
State Antony Blinken, and acting United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Gloria Steele.

In July 2016, Barroso became the non-executive chairman of London-based Goldman Sachs International (GSI), the bank's largest subsidiary. He is also an
adviser to the bank.

Goldman Sachs entered the initial public offering market in 1906 when it took Sears, Roebuck and Company public. The deal was facilitated by Henry Goldman's personal friendship with Julius Rosenwald, an owner of Sears.

Sidney Weinberg started with
Goldman Sachs as a janitor's assistant at $3/week, where his responsibilities included brushing the firm's partners’ hats, scraping blown shit off the sides of toilet bowls and wiping the mud from their overshoes. The grandson of the firm's founder, Paul J. Sachs, liked Weinberg.
In 1942, Weinberg was promoted to the position of assistant to the chairman of the War Production Board. General Motors CEO Charles Erwin Wilson said of Weinberg's service during this period: “His wide and influential friendships were invaluable in inducing outstanding men to
come to Washington with us.”

Perhaps Weinberg's most important relationship from the War Production Board was with Henry Ford II, the eldest grandson of Henry Ford I. Following the death of his father Edsel Ford in 1943, Henry Ford II soon became president of
Ford Motor Company – at that time America's largest private corporation.

One of HF2’s first acts as company president was to place John Bugas in charge of company management, dismissing much of his grandfather's inner circle, especially Harry Bennett, chief of the
Ford Service Department, whom the elder Ford had hired to block unionization of the Ford labor force by violent means.

Additionally, Ford hired ten young up-and-comers, known as the "Whiz Kids". These ten, gleaned from an Army Air Forces statistical team, Ford envisioned as
giving the company the ability to innovate and stay current. Two of them, Arjay Miller and Robert McNamara, went on to serve as presidents of Ford themselves.

Horace Rowan Gaither Jr. (1909 – April 7, 1961), was a San Francisco attorney, investment banker, and a powerful
administrator at the Ford Foundation. During World War II, he served as assistant director of the Radiation Laboratory at M.I.T. In 1948, he helped found the Rand Corporation and served as a trustee until 1959.

In 1958 and 1959, he served as the 1st Chairman of the
MITRE Corporation Board of Trustees. From 1959 through his death, Gaither was a general partner and co-founder of Draper, Gaither & Anderson, one of the first venture capital firms on the west coast of the U.S., together with William H. Draper Jr., a retired Army general and
Frederick L. Anderson, a retired Air Force general.

He was hired by Henry Ford II to help set the priorities of the Ford Foundation in 1947, chairing the study committee that wrote the "Report of the Study for the Ford Foundation on Policy and Program."
Anne Heatherington has recently joined Takeda Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President and Head of Data Sciences Institute (DSI).  In this role, she oversees many of the quantitative groups within Takeda, including Statistics and Quantitative Solutions, Global Health Outcomes and Image
Epidemiology and Data Architecture and Digital Solutions. Her mandate is to drive innovation in R&D through focusing on knowledge infrastructure, enabling patient-centricity and developing tools and infrastructure to thoroughly understand the safety and efficacy of Takeda’s
medicines.

In 1977, Takeda first entered the U.S. pharmaceutical market by developing a joint venture with Abbott Laboratories called TAP Pharmaceuticals.

In 2001, TAP's illegal marketing of Lupron resulted in both civil and criminal charges by the U.S. Department of Justice
and the Illinois attorney general for federal and state medicare fraud. TAP was fined $875 million, then reported as the largest pharmaceutical settlement in history.

The case arose under the False Claims Act with claims filed by Douglas Durand, a former TAP vice president of
sales, and Joseph Gerstein, a doctor at Tufts University's HMO practice. Durand, Gerstein, and Tufts shared $95 million of the settlement.

In May 2009, Attorney General Holder and HHS Secretary Sebelius Announce New Interagency Health Care Fraud Prevention and Enforcement Action
Team (HEAT) to combat Medicare fraud. FBI Director Robert Mueller stated that the FBI and HHS OIG has over 2,400 open health care fraud investigations.

The Columbia/HCA fraud case is one of the largest examples of Medicare fraud in U.S. history. Numerous New York Times stories,
beginning in 1996, began scrutinizing Columbia/HCA's business and Medicare billing practices. These culminated in the company being raided by Federal agents searching for documents and eventually the ousting of the corporation's CEO, Rick Scott, by the board of directors. Image
In October 2010, network of Armenian gangsters and their associates used phantom healthcare clinics and other means to try to cheat Medicare out of $163 million, the largest fraud by one criminal enterprise in the program's history according to U.S. authorities. The operation was
under the protection of an Armenian crime boss, known in the former Soviet Union as a "vor," Armen Kazarian.

According to the authorities, the individuals acted within an organized crime enterprise run by Armen Kazarian aka PZO, a Soviet Union mobster part of the Vor v zakone
who arrived in the US in 1996 and resided in Glendale, California. The other alleged ringleaders, Davit Mirzoyan, 34, also from Glendale and Robert Terdjanian, 35, from Brooklyn were also indicted.

In February 2013, Kazarian was sentenced to 37 months in prison, to three years
of supervised release and was also ordered to pay a $60,000 fine.

Kathleen Sebelius and Eric Holder announced that the Medicare Fraud Strike Force charged 111 defendants in nine cities.

The 111th Infantry Brigade or 111th Brigade or Triple-1 Brigade, is an infantry brigade of Image
the Pakistan Army notable for its frequent involvement and fast response in military coup d'etats since Pakistani independence.

The 111th Brigade is the most well-known Army brigade in Pakistani social, public, religious, and political circles. Since its creation, the 111th
Brigade has been frequently used to overtake and topple civilian governments. The brigade's first involvement in toppling a government was when General Ayub Khan dismissed the government of Pakistani President Major General (retired) Iskander Mirza.

Humayun Mirza is the only
surviving son of Iskander Mirza.

In October 1954, while in West Pakistan, Mirza's second marriage took place in Karachi after he fell in love with an Iranian aristocrat, Naheed Amirteymour (1919-2019), daughter of Amirteymour Kalali. She was a close friend o
f Begum Nusrat Bhutto. It was this friendship that brought Zulfikar Ali Bhutto into the political arena of Pakistan.

After Bhutto's execution, Ispahani, along with her children, went into exile to London, from where in 1981 she co-founded the Movement for the
Restoration of Democracy, a nonviolent opposition to Zia's regime.

Zia is credited with stopping an expected Soviet invasion of Pakistan. Former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Turki Al-Faisal worked with Zia during the 1980s against the Soviets.

The Safari Club could not
continue as it was when the 1978–1979 Iranian Revolution neutralized the Shah as an ally. However, arrangements between the remaining powers continued on the same course. William Casey, Ronald Reagan's campaign manager, succeeded Turner as director of the CIA. Casey took
personal responsibility for maintaining contacts with Saudi intelligence, meeting monthly with Kamal Adham and then Prince Turki. Some of the same actors were later connected to the Iran–Contra affair.

From 1979 to 2001, Prince Turki was the director general of Al Mukhabarat
Al 'Ammah, Saudi Arabia's intelligence agency, resigning the position on 1 September 2001, some ten days before the September 11 attacks in which 14 Saudi nationals hijacked commercial American airliners.

The Senate unanimously confirmed Robert Swan Mueller III as FBI director ImageImage
on August 2, 2001, voting 98–0 in favor of his appointment. He had previously served as acting deputy attorney general of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) for several months before officially becoming the FBI director on September 4, 2001, one week before the
September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Peter Strzok as a counterintelligence agent had tried hard to stay out of the public eye. He relates the story of how 19 years ago, as a relatively junior agent in Boston on September 11, 2001, he and his partner
located the car in the Logan Airport parking garage left behind by the hijackers, and then how, as news crews descended on the scene, he had to step behind a concrete pillar to hide his face. Even then, his day job was tracking Russian spies, surveilling and watching two of what
would later be exposed as “the Illegals,” the deep-cover Russian intelligence officers living ordinary lives in the United States that would inspire the hit FX TV show, The Americans. ImageImageImageImage
On September 11, 2001, Akamai co-founder Daniel M. Lewin died in the September 11 attacks at the age of 31 when he was stabbed by one of hijackers. He was seated closest to the hijackers and attempted to foil the hijacking during his flight aboard American Airlines Flight 11, the
first plane to crash into the World Trade Center.

In late 1998 and early 1999, a group of business professionals and scientists joined the Akamai founding team. Most notably, Paul Sagan, former president of New Media for Time Inc., and George Conrades, former chairman and chief
executive officer of BBN Corp. and senior vice president of US operations for IBM.

Paul Sagan (born 1959) is an American businessman and managing partner at General Catalyst Partners.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Sagan served as Senior Advisor and Executive-in-Residence Image
at Moderna as a member of the Board of directors working on vaccines.

Sagan was appointed by President Barack Obama to the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee in 2010 and served until 2017.

Governor Charlie Baker appointed Sagan to be chairman
of the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education in 2015.

Daniel Lewin was reportedly stabbed aboard American Airlines Flight 11 as it was hijacked during the September 11 attacks. A 2001 FAA memo suggests he may have been stabbed by Satam al-Suqami after
attempting to foil the hijacking. According to the memo, Lewin was seated in business class in seat 9B, close to hijackers Mohamed Atta, Abdulaziz al-Omari and al-Suqami. It was first reported that he had been shot by al-Suqami, although the final draft of the memo dropped all
references to gunfire. According to the 9/11 Commission, Lewin was stabbed by one of the hijackers, probably Satam al-Suqami, who was seated directly behind him.

The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States was established on November 27, 2002, by
President George W. Bush and the United States Congress, with former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger initially appointed to head the commission. However, Kissinger resigned only weeks after being appointed, to avoid conflicts of interest. Former U.S. Senator George Mitchell ImageImageImage
was originally appointed as the vice chairman, but he stepped down on December 10, 2002, not wanting to sever ties to his law firm.

Director of U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) George Tenet misled the Commission and was "obviously not forthcoming" in his testimony to the
Commission, according to Commission Co-chair Thomas Kean. An FBI agent named Doug Miller had been working inside Alec Station, also known as Bin Laden Issue Station, a unit of the CIA dedicated to tracking the activities of Osama bin Laden and his associates.
In 1999 George Tenet put forward a grand "Plan" for dealing with al-Qaeda. In preparation, he selected new leadership for the CIA's Counterterrorist Center (CTC). He placed Cofer Black in charge of the CTC, and Richard Blee (a "top-flight executive" from Tenet's own suite) in Image
charge of the CTC's Bin Laden unit. Tenet assigned the CTC to develop the Plan.

Since their first press conference in November 2018 accusing Robert Mueller of sexual misconduct, Will Sommer has followed the numerous false claims made against public officials by conservative
political operatives Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman.

Sommer's book on QAnon, entitled Trust the Plan: The Rise of Qanon and the Conspiracy That Unhinged America, was published on February 21, 2023, by HarperCollins.

On October 22, 2018, Vermont Law School professor Jennifer Taub
received an email from Surefire Intelligence, a company created by Jacob Wohl, asking her to report on "past encounters" with U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller and offering her money to discuss Mueller by phone.

Burkman started investigating the murder of Seth Rich in
September 2016 after the Rich family accepted his pro bono public relations services. The Rich family and Burkman held a joint press conference about the murder in November 2016.

In late May 2017, Kim Dotcom posted statements on Twitter and his website claiming he worked with
Seth Rich on the Internet Party and had proof that Rich was the source of the 2016 Democratic National Committee email leak.

The Rich family was approached by Ed Butowsky (a friend of Trump advisor Steve Bannon and a frequent Fox News contributor), who recommended having
Fox News contributor and former homicide detective Rod Wheeler investigate Seth's murder.

Butowsky started the celebrity and athlete investor group Clubhouse Investment Club with professional baseball player Torii Hunter. Butowsky was also a managing director at Bear Stearns.
Jon Stryker is a founding board member of Greenleaf Trust, a privately owned bank in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Torri, Justin Verlander and Kate Upton all lived in Greenleaf Trust building in Birmingham.

Stryker is a founding board member of the Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy,
a 90,000-acre not-for-profit wildlife conservancy in central Kenya's Laikipia County. The land, formerly a game reserve and ranching area, was purchased in 2003 by U.K-based conservation organization Fauna and Flora International through a major donation by
Stryker's Arcus Foundation.

John and Jane Kenyon took over the management of Ol Pejeta in 1949 when it was owned by Lord Delamere and together they spent the next 15 years developing the ranch.

The ranch has had a number of owners, including Marcus Wickham Boynton and
Adnan Khashoggi, a billionaire arms dealer and businessman considered one of the richest men in the world in the early 1980s.

In January 2003, Seymour Hersh reported in The New Yorker magazine that former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense Richard Perle had a meeting with
Khashoggi in Marseille in order to use him as a conduit between Trireme Partners, a private venture capital company of which he was one of three principals, and the Saudi government.

Albert Wohlstetter is often credited with influencing a number of prominent members of the
neoconservative movement, including Richard Perle (who, as a teenager, fingerbanged and got jacked by Wohlstetter's daughter Joan).

Wohlstetter shared a draft RAND paper by Constantin Melnik with Henry Rowen, then one of the Whiz Kids working as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of
Defense for International Security Affairs under Robert McNamara.

Robert Craig McNamara was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is the only son of three children of the former United States Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara (1916–2009) and Margaret McNamara (1915–1981).
McNamara enrolled at Stanford University in 1969. McNamara took part in antiwar demonstrations at Stanford. Often joining him on the podium to denounce the war were two other students at Stanford, namely Susan Haldeman and Peter Ehrlichman, who were respectively the daughter of
H.R Haldeman and son of John Ehrlichman. H.R. Haldeman and John Ehrlichman were respectively the presidential chief of staff and domestic affairs adviser under Richard Nixon, being known as Nixon's "Berlin Wall", owing to their German surnames and ability to grant or deny access
to the president.

Ehrlichman created "The Plumbers", the group at the center of the Watergate scandal, and appointed his assistant Egil Krogh to oversee its covert operations, focusing on stopping leaks of confidential information after the release of the Pentagon Papers in 1971
When the administration decided to pursue the Pentagon Papers leakers, it was Krogh who approved the September 1971 burglary of the office of Lewis Fielding, the psychiatrist seeing Daniel Ellsberg. Liddy and E. Howard Hunt would commit the actual break-in.

Andrew Marshall
gained the cachet of being part of "a cadre of strategic thinkers" that coalesced at the RAND Corporation in the 1950s and 1960s, a group that also included Charles J. Hitch, Herman Kahn, James Schlesinger and Daniel Ellsberg.

Mr. Hitch became president of the
University of California, it was already three years into the era of student activism ushered in by the Free Speech Movement at Berkeley. The pragmatic Mr. Hitch tried to steer a course through the acrimony generated by restive, sometimes riotous students and a punitive
